地底人（英文名：Slags），2241年維吉爾領導的由摩多克郊區鬼農場的變異人組成的組織。
背景[]
地底人是一個秘密民兵組織的後裔，當大戰來臨時，他們將自己和他們的家人密封在地下以保護自己。這個事件被稱為封印。[1] 自封印以來，人口發生了變異。他們的皮膚變得蒼白，瞳孔放大，[2]讓他們適應地下生活。雖然它們對太陽光的敏感是它們留在地下的主要原因，但它們對夜空的恐懼使它們癱瘓。他們認為這是一片虛無的黑色海洋，他們向上墜落的感覺是如此強烈，以至於他們躺在那裡，緊緊地抓着地面。[3]

科技[]
被封印在地下，是民兵組織的後裔，地底人雖然沒有一些先進科技，但確實有一些智力，使用發光的真菌扮演幽靈，以及農業和道具設計方面的知識，用它來創建一個完整的農場用於灌溉，以及創造一個精心設計的詭計來模仿可怕的屠殺。

鬼農場和地底人只出現在輻射中。他們最終的命運取決於獲選者是選擇幫助摩多克和地底人建立良好關係還是保持現狀，在這種情況下，摩多克人會繼續認為這個地方鬧鬼或乾脆消滅地底人，他們會認為是為卡爾的死報仇。

Jo: "{198}{}{After many months of trying to contact the owners with no success, it was decided that the farm must have been abandoned soon after it was built. So instead of letting the crops rot in the fields, young Karl moved in.}"

Smearing ourselves with glowing fungus, we were able to scare away this person and any other nosy neighbors. Unfortunately, this has been a little too effective. Lately, we’ve been seeking to make contact with the surfacers, but no one comes to the farm anymore for fear of the ghosts. Luckily, you dropped by.}"
