Spruce Knob campground is a location in the Savage Divide region of Appalachia in 2102.

Located on the shores of Spruce Knob Lake, this small campground once offered a place for hikers to rest and relax before returning to the trail. As of 2102, it is a mirelurks breeding ground, though it can also be inhabited by ticks and wolves. A small camp due north, at the base of the monorail pillar, may contain a random Vault-Tec bobblehead.
