Cursor Lucullus is a ferryman for Caesar's Legion in Cottonwood Cove in 2281.
Background[]
Little is known of Lucullus. He is a cursor (courier) who transports Caesar's Legion members and allies from Cottonwood Cove to the Fort. When compared to other legionaries, he is noticeably taller.

- Render Unto Caesar: He ferries the player character across the river to the Fort and back if they accept Caesar's invitation.
Effects of player's actions[]
- After unleashing the radioactive barrels from the truck to wipe out Cottonwood Cove, Cursor Lucullus will survive to run the ferry, and may be found in his place wearing an advanced radiation suit.
- Killing him while undetected will still earn Caesar's Legion infamy.
Other interactions[]
- He is responsible for ferrying the Courier between the Fort and Cottonwood Cove. If he is killed, one can take the raft to the Fort without him.
