卡佳（英文名：Katja）是2161年生活在晒骨场的拾荒者。

卡佳是一位身材苗条的年轻女子，脸上有污迹，穿着深色衣服。[1] 她是一名来自内城区的拾荒者，偶尔会与晒骨场图书馆的天啟追随者一起露营，尽管她对他们没有很高的评价。[2] 她讨厌狗，每次放逐者检查或宠爱狗肉时都会大声表达这种蔑视。[3] 她也是放逐者可能的同伴。

- 卡佳是位于晒骨场图书馆的可招募NPC。只需要求她加入即可招募她。之后，她可以用来打开锁住的门。她也是一个体面的盟友，拥有一些小武器(例如.223手枪， 14mm手枪， 10mm SMG。精灵限制禁止她使用10mm手枪和沙漠之鹰 .44)。
