凯尔骑士（英文名：Knight Kyle）[1] 是鋼鐵兄弟會的成员，被发现于失落山丘在辐射 。

凯尔是一个色彩丰富的角色，以他随意的态度和随意使用温和的脏话而闻名，他负责失落山丘的一般维护，负责修理一切，从定期维护检查到兄弟会的动力装甲队。 [2]作为一个专注于解决实际问题的人，他对程序和礼节没有耐心，认为这是不必要的官僚主义。他特别鄙视迈克尔，军需官，因为他坚持正确的程序和规格，导致他拒绝了一套功能完美的T-51 动力装甲，因为一个重新焊接的目镜。这使凯尔得出结论，迈克尔是一个医学奇迹，他的大脑被形式取代了。[3]
随着收缩操纵装置的移除，他工作的宇航服只是一堆备件，但如果动力器恢复，几个小时内就可以恢复到完全工作状态。问题在于收缩操纵装置被锁在储藏室里，而一些备用机制则由倫巴斯看守（在凯尔看来，倫巴斯对它们有着不自然的依恋）。[4]
然而，他尊重真正的成就，尊重放逐者勇敢地面闪耀之地的危险，带回了一群在罗杰·麦克森的权威下叛乱并在出埃及记期间分裂的士兵们发生了什么的信息。[5]他确实感激放逐者揭露了长老们以及他们试图除掉他的企图。[6]

- 修复损坏的T-51b动力装甲: 凯尔进退两难；他有两套几乎完成的动力装甲，但每一套都缺了一块。他需要一个收缩操纵装置来完成它们，但由于装甲的型号过时，他被拒绝发放新的。放逐者可以上楼去找装备发放管理员，迈克尔，索要那台小机器，或者从倫巴斯的住处偷一个。如果获得了它，凯尔将交给玩家角色一本操作手册，告诉放逐者，由他们来完成修理。
