The cryo mine is a weapon in Fallout 4.

When a cryo mine explodes, it has a chance to temporarily slow wounded targets that managed to survive the initial blast.

Locations[]
Can be bought from vendors, found on raiders and spawned as weapon loot from level 17 onward. Fixed locations for armed mines are:
- One in Cambridge Polymer Labs, in Wilfred Bergman's room in the west.
- Two in Greenetech Genetics, on an overpass bridge in the south.
- One in the Institute's Public works maintenence area, near a Nuka-Cola machine.
- Four in the Switchboard, on the stairs down to the research terminal in the south.
- Three around University Point:
- One near the University Credit Union entrance.
- One near the Sedgwick Hall entrance.
- One directly northwest of University Point.
