Situated opposite the southwest face of the Nellis hangars, the building serves as the personal quarters of the Boomers' leader Pearl. It consists of the main room with lockers and bookcases, Pearl's bedroom, and a bathroom in the back corner. The sink and toilet found in the bathroom provide fresh water with no risk of radiation poisoning.
There is a grenade rifle and 12 rounds of 40mm grenade ammunition on the middle bookshelf against the southwest wall.

Col. Blackwell's key - In the right-hand filing cabinet against the southwest wall. Used to unlock the container holding the pulse gun in the Vault 34 armory (otherwise it has a Very Hard lock).
Inventory transfer order - Found with the key.
Head wrap - In the left bathroom locker of Pearl's barracks. Although the Pip-Boy identifies it as a regular head wrap, it differs from the standard, having a faded green and red pattern on an ochre background.

Despite having her own bedroom in the building, Pearl more often goes to sleep in the women's barracks.
