Jonathan,[1] a.k.a. the missing Brotherhood initiate, is an initiate in the Brotherhood of Steel who is being held prisoner by Decker in 2161.
Background
Jonathan was outside of the Lost Hills bunker when Decker's thugs kidnapped him and locked him up in the Hub's Old Town, and he has been held captive for a prolonged period of time.
He was eventually rescued by the Vault Dweller, and it was through him that the Vault Dweller learned about the Brotherhood's existence.[Non-game 1]
