Zack Barstow was an initiate of the Children of the Cathedral in an early version of Fallout, with even less dialogue than Dumar. Like the other initiate, he cannot provide healing and will only refer the player to Laura or another superior.

Zack Barstow was cut from Fallout at a very early stage, along with Dumar. He does have a message file and a script, indicating he's a more mature creation.
