“You'd better make up your mind fast. Are you here to buy equipment, or did you just come here to get shot?”
Zack is a dwarf who takes care of selling equipment for the Gun Runners in Fallout.
Background
He sells almost all of the weapons and ammo that is available in the game. He does not sell BBs. He gives a discount to anyone that helps them with the deathclaw infestation in the Boneyard.
