The Woods Estate is a location in the Toxic Valley region of Appalachia.
Background[]
The Woods Estate was the pre-War home of Arthur, Molly and Freddy Wood.[1] After Freddy Wood escaped from being kidnapped by Otis Pike, he returned to his family home shortly before the bombs fell. This was where he was collected by a Vault-Tec representative and brought to a local vault, as arranged by his father.[2]
Layout[]
The Woods Estate is mostly destroyed by 2102 and consists of a collapsing house, greenhouse, and an inaccessible garage. The greenhouse contains a petrified corpse and assorted gardening-related junk, such as flower pots and bags of fertilizer. The main house has been gutted already and the only items of interest are three ammo boxes, a terminal, and a picture of Freddy Wood on a dresser on the upper floor. A few raiders may mill around the back of the greenhouse, scavenging containers.
