Doctor Wong Yi Tze is the head scientist[1][2] of the Shi in 2241.
Background
A short, rotund man,[3] Yi Tze is an amiable, even jovial person. He lacks the characteristic solemnity of the Shi, instead preferring a more open, easy going approach to others. He enjoys joking, though his sense of humor tends to dip into the darker spectrum.
In terms of expertise, Dr. Wong is second to none. He is one of the pillars of Shi research, overseeing all experiments and one of the most important figures in their drive to create a plant that would remove the radiation from the surrounding areas.[4] Most recently, he bought a spleen from Lao Chou and is preparing to eat it, much to the discomfort of Chip, the spleen's origin.[5]

- The Shi need plans for a vertibird from Navarro: He is ready to reward the Chosen One for providing him with a copy of the vertibird plans.
- Get Chip's spleen: Lao Chou won a bet against Chip and got his spleen. He then gave the spleen to Wong Yi Tze.
