Wolfgang is a character appearing in Fallout 4.
Background
At some point in his life, Wolfgang began to become involved with chems, and started selling them to various people around the Commonwealth with his friend Simone protecting him during his travels. Sometime during 2287, Wolfgang met Patrick, who soon became addicted to the drugs he bought off the dealer. However, Patrick didn't have the money - and upon collection at his home, Patrick's mother Trudy refused to hand over the money to him - upon the Sole Survivor's arrival, the two are at a stand off with Wolfgang demanding his money.
