==Characteristics==
Wild corn is found in the wilds usually in clusters of three. Their leaves have a slightly darker purplish coloration than [[corn (Fallout 4)|corn]] that can be planted and grown in a [[settlement]].

It cannot be used in any recipe and cannot be planted within a settlement.

It is one of four wild plant types (in the base game) that, in [[Survival mode]], provide player food value, and do not provide their Health buff unless the player is already Well Fed. Hence it behaves like normal non-wild Corn when consumed.
