“Putting the "active" in radioactive!”
What Rads? is a legendary perk in Fallout 76, introduced in the One Wasteland For All update.
It is exclusive to human players and cannot be equipped by ghoul players.

It increases radiation resistance and heals radiation over time. Note that rad healing remains active even when in combat.

What Rads? synergizes well with the Ghoulish perk. Ghoulish only heals the user while they are being irradiated, and What Rads? counters the negative effects of this by slowing and/or reducing the rads received.
