The West residence is a location in Fallout 3. It had been the home of Ian and Lucy West's parents. No matter the outcome of Blood Ties (whether or not Ian returns home), this house is a viable option for player housing as it has a free bed and storage. The only difference is you may have a roommate.
Layout
A single room shack, inside is a bunk bed and a single bed, both of which can be used even after the Blood Ties quest is completed. There is a dresser for storage and a set of broken shelves with several pots and pans on them. When the player first enters, the bodies of Ian West's parents are on the floor in a pool of blood. They are removed when the Blood Ties quest is completed.

Notes
- Depending on your decision in Blood Ties, Ian West will live here.
- The house can be used for player housing.
- The bodies and blood stains will be removed upon completion of the quest.
Appearances
