Well-Stacked Cairns is a companion perk in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Honest Hearts.
Effects
When Follows-Chalk is in the Courier's party, reaching any summit in Zion (such as the ranger substations) will reveal all nearby map markers and inspire a heightened sense of awareness (Perception +3) for three minutes. The trigger area for this perk is usually close to the fast travel point.
