With rumors of synths spreading throughout the wasteland, many societies and settlements are growing more paranoid thinking that anyone among them could be one.
Institute Path[]
To uncover the truth, an unsuspecting human synth can be killed. Any player killing any human enemy will complete the objective and result in the quest completing and automatically progressing to the next Institute quest, Resonance, as well as Flesh and Bone
Railroad Path[]
Maybe everything is being overblown. A quest action can be spent at Diamond City to gather more information about the synths. This will result in the Railroad quest, All Aboard!, starting, as well as Vault Rumors
