The weather station guard is a member of the Praetorian Guard who is stationed at the weather monitoring station, which houses the Securitron vault underground. The guard will give the Courier's equipment back to destroy the securitrons housed in the vault, or upgrade them by Mr. House's or Yes Man's orders, and will also disarm the PC when exiting the weather monitoring station.
Render Unto Caesar: He will return the Courier's gear confiscated at the Fort entrance for use in the securitron vault, but will disarm the Courier again when exiting the weather monitoring station.
