Per its name, the ammo consists of a bottle of Nuka-Cola Quantum altered by Project Cobalt chemical modifications, creating a weaponized version that causes a Quantum-blue mini nuke-like explosion and deals significant explosive damage when fired from a Thirst Zapper.

The weaponized Nuka-Cola Quantum ammo type does not spawn as loot, nor is it sold by any merchants in the game. It can only be obtained via crafting at a chemistry station after obtaining the Project Cobalt schematics within the Nuka-Cola bottling plant.
