Used for powerful automatically penetrating weapons, this perk removes 80% of the target's Damage Threshold. In actual calculation the target's Damage Threshold is divided by 5 and discards any fraction. For example, the [[Advanced power armor (Fallout 2)|advanced power armor]] has a Damage Threshold of 15 against normal damage. When attacked with a [[Needler pistol (Fallout 2)|Needler pistol]], which has this perk, the remaining Damage Threshold is 15 / 5 = 3 points.
