The water merchant guard is a resident of the Water Merchant district found at the Hub in 2161.
Background
He works for the Water Merchants in Hub. His job is pretty straightforward; he protects the water supply from anyone who is not a member of the merchants, and the Master Merchant from people who might want to take over the business.
