The water merchant guards are residents of the Water Merchant district found at the Hub in 2161.
Background
He works for the Water Merchants in Hub. His job is pretty straightforward; he protects the water supply from anyone who is not a member of the merchants and the Master Merchant from people who might want to take over the business.
