The wasteland omelet has the highest amount of health recovery in the base game as a health item, restoring 12 HP per second for an entire minute with 100 Survival skill, restoring 720 HP total.
Behind the scenes[]
The wasteland omelet is a reference to Rose's Bed and Breakfast appearing in the city of Modoc in Fallout 2 where the owner, Rose, keeps a deathclaw to make her famous omelet which can be ordered by the Chosen One.
