Waste storage memo is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: The Pitt update.

The note can be found in the Trench in the Pitt during From Ashes to Fire. It is in the large, circular, Fanatic-controlled section of the Trench centered around a large upstanding silo. The note is situated on a desk in a sinking building to the south.

Due to financial circumstances out of our control, metal waste barrels will be unavailable to us going forward. Plastic barrels will be used in the meantime.
In the event of corrosive wastes damaging the integrity of the container, efforts should be taken to reseal the container instead of retrieving a new one. Application of adhesive tape and Wonderglue is the current recommended solution.
Questions or concerns about the new barrels can be left with Sydney, and she will make sure they get to my desk.
