Warning shots is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: The Pitt update.

The note can be found in the Industrial section of The Pitt, on the rooftop of the Pitt Stop building across from the Penn, during Union Dues.

Listen, I know Evan told us to only fire warning shots if you see any of those Fanatic assholes rummaging around.
But I'm telling you, if you see one, you put a shot right between their sub-human eyes. We both know they wouldn't afford us the courtesy of a "warning shot".
Besides, as far as I can tell they aren't going anywhere any time soon. The fewer of them around the better our chances are.
