A wanted poster is a miscellaneous item in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update.

These posters are used to advertise an open bounty on a high-profile target. When a wanted poster is hung on the bounty board outside the Last Resort in Highway Town, the public event Bounty Hunting: Head Hunt will begin, summoning a unique bounty target to hunt down and kill. Using a wanted poster to start the Head Hunt event is a free action, making it a much more affordable option than the alternative of paying the Ghoul 5000 caps.

Wanted posters have a chance to be rewarded from the completion of the repeatable side quest Bounty Hunting: Grunt Hunt as long as the player does not have a wanted poster currently in their inventory. Wanted posters may be placed in the stash in order to circumvent this. Wanted posters are randomly awarded every 3-6 Grunt Hunts.

- Wanted posters cannot be dropped from the player's inventory, nor can they be traded between players.
