Wall instructions is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: The Pitt update.

The note can be found in the catacombs of The Sanctum in The Pitt, during From Ashes to Fire. It is on a table on a balcony overlooking the shallow pool there, next to some coffins.
