- Found on the corpse of a female Responder volunteer, or in a duffle bag during the Merchant Killed by Ghouls random encounter.
The note could previously be found on a civilian or Responder volunteer in the Merchant Killed by Scorched random encounter, or the Survivor Camp vs Supermutants random encounter, but both encounters were removed from the game.
