Vladimir Ilyich Lenin (22 April 1870 – 21 January 1924) was the founder, and former leader of the Soviet Union during the 20th century.

Background

Vladimir Lenin is mentioned in-game by No-bark Noonan, the resident conspiracy theorist of Novac. According to Noonan, the "commie ghosts" hope to steal rockets to fly to the moon, with the goal of painting an image of Lenin's face upon it.[1]
