Viscious is a super mutant commander in the Unity in 2161. He is found overseeing the operations center on level 3 of the Los Angeles Vault and controls access to the Master.

Vicious is a mean-looking super mutant who none the less has a softer side and appreciates a good joke. He is in charge of the ops center, ensuring that everything proceeds smoothly and that only select people can see the Master. He is a heavy smoker, leaving piles of cigarette butts in the storage room he smokes in.

- Viscious will attack the Vault Dweller on sight if they have a weapon drawn, even if they are wearing robes. Otherwise, he might question the presence of the Vault Dweller in the vault, and either directs them to the Master for a nullifier, or turn hostile upon learning about their true identity.
- If not killed directly, he will be when the Cathedral is destroyed.
