Vinnie "The Crackers" Vannucci was a Pre-War criminal who is mentioned in Fallout 4.

Background

Vinnie "The Crackers" Vannucci lived in Boston before the Great War. He was an associate of Eddie Winter, and judging by his surname, he was likely a member of one of the Italian families. He owned a garage called "Vannucci's Garage", located on 4 Charter Street.

During the construction of a monorail in Boston where the families were at least partially involved, Vannucci was tasked with murdering Alice Lansky, the public safety inspector. He did so by beating her to death with a large wrench, and afterwards, he disposed of Lansky's body in a barrel of hydrochloric acid. However, Vannucci failed to dispose of the murder weapon, and he left it hanging on a wall in his garage. Winter was aware of this, and so he implicated Vannucci in a holotape that he sent to Boston Bugle reporter Buster Connolly.[1]

Notes

The subtitles give different spellings for Vannucci's surname. The first subtitle refers to him as "Vannucci", while a later subtitle gives the spelling "Vannuccii."

Appearances

Vinnie Vannucci is mentioned only in Fallout 4.
