The Vigilant Citizen's Hotline was a hotline for American citizens to report communist, treasonous, and other dangerous activities before the Great War.[1] A similar hotline operated in the Commonwealth, its advertisements telling citizens to call "1-800-REPORT-RED" if they saw anything suspicious.
