The Vertibird plans are a set of plans for building Vertibirds in Fallout 2.
Background[]
The Brotherhood of Steel, the Shi, and the Hubologists all wanted the Chosen One to get these plans for them from the Enclave.
Obtaining[]
Sneak can be used to open the container so the guard is not alerted. The container itself is not locked. Alternatively, Quincy will allow the player to open the container freely if one speaks to certain characters in Navarro first.[1]
Location[]
Found in Navarro Main Base, inside a locker in the garage to the northeast, behind Quincy.
