The Brotherhood of Steel, the Shi and the Hubologists all wanted the Chosen One to get these plans for them from the Enclave.
Obtaining[]
Sneak is required so the guard is not alerted. The container itself is not locked.
Location[]
Found in Navarro Main Base, inside a locker in the garage to the northeast, behind Quincy.
