Would have been found in the middle of 3 lockers on sub level blue of the Environmental Protection Agency.
Behind the scenes
The painting itself is a reference to real-world Velvet Elvis paintings, and its presence near the crashed alien ship may refer to widespread rumors and jokes about Elvis Presley being still alive and living with aliens.
