Background[]
Depending on the player's character, Velani will either appear as an oily-looking salesman of some type,[1] or a suave looking, well-manicured man.[2] Velani is a salesman by trade, and found himself in the employment of the Mordino family in New Reno. With a vicious outlook and iron-fist, Velani has very little patience for competition, and finds joy when those working against him meet unfortunate fates.
