Vault City courtyard citizens are the citizenry who have decided to leave the enclosed areas to visit the courtyard in 2241.
Background[]
Other than their current excursion into the courtyard, they are typical Vault City citizens.[1][2] They comment on how they loved the Council of Citizens meeting the day prior where they made a lot of lists. They are also anxious to get back behind the walls, and are if not wary of the outworlders openly hostile to them being so near to them.
