A standard scout armor mask that has been completely overrun by strangler vines and other flora. It complements the thorn and solar armor sets, though the mask is not required to activate the set bonuses.

- When the mask is inspected in the Pip-Boy menu, its appearance will be that of a forest scout armor mask.
- as of Atlantic City Part Two: America’s Playground, the mask is bugged, causing the plants and vines to float in front of your face, while appearing low-poly and textureless.
- The Vault 94 scout armor mask was previously given as a guaranteed reward for completing any Vault 94 Vault raid on Expert difficulty. It was only obtained upon the first completion, and could not be earned on subsequent completions.
- The Vault 94 scout armor mask is classified as a mask for all mask based SCORE and challenges.
