Vault 94 G.E.C.K. recording is a holotape in Fallout 76, introduced in the Nuclear Winter update.
Location[]
The tape can be found inserted into the G.E.C.K. monitoring station terminal, inside the G.E.C.K. wing in the eastern part of Vault 94.
Transcript[]
Cole: The hell's that?
Billy: Lotta rads here, boss.
Cole: Lucas, check the terminal.
Lucas: On it.
Billy: These people are nuts. No weapons! Nothing! They didn't even try to fight back!
Red: I'm not complaining. Hell of a score.
Billy: Sure, sure. But all that work to get in here, what do we find? A fucking briefcase?
Lucas: Boss? Terminal says it's a... G.E.C.K.. 'Garden of Eden Creation Kit'.
Red: Some religious crap?
Billy: This ain't no idol. C'mon. And what's with all the rads?
Cole: Radiation. Huh. You know, boys... I think this here's some kind of mind control device. It's what drove all those saps crazy.
Billy: Mind control? You serious?
Cole: You got a better explanation? I'm already feeling a little off. Let's just waste this thing and get out of here. Red, light it up.
Red: You got it.
*draws minigun*

This holotape was originally only obtainable during the Vault raid missions to Vault 94. The raids were discontinued and the Vault was closed in a minor update between Nuclear Winter and Wastelanders. Vault 94 was made into an explorable area with the One Wasteland For All update, where this holotape could be obtained once again.
