Vault 79 keypad code is a paper note in the Fallout 76 update Wastelanders.

The note is first added to the player character's inventory during From Russia With Lev, to be used on the keypad at Vault 79. It can later be used during Buried Treasure and Secrets Revealed to access the location from the mysterious cave map marker.
