As part of the vault experiment. Only 20 men, 10 women and one panther entered this vault. Any other vault defects are unknown. Its location is unknown.
Appearances
Vault 43 appears only in the official webcomic One Man, and a Crate of Puppets. It is also referenced in the Project brazil mod for fallout new vegas
