Vault 22 mantis egg is a cut miscellaneous item.
Characteristics
It was a special egg, obviously made by Giant mantis in Vault 22. It was probably a quest item made to be delivered to Red Lucy for her quest, Bleed Me Dry. However, she accepts regular Mantis eggs, so the item was cut.
