Vance is a big time drug dealer in the Hub. His shop in Old Town has any drug out there, including Rad-X and RadAway.

Effects of player's actions
- Without sufficient Charisma or Bartering to gain access to Vance's supply of drugs, the Vault Dweller must speak to Jake or Lemmy.
- It is possible to access Vance's inventory by using the "Barter" button on the side. The Vault Dweller needs to leave immediately afterwards, though.
