Fallout 1 and 2 characters project

Vance is a big time drug dealer in the Hub. His shop in Oldtown has any drug out there, including Rad-X and RadAway.

Other interactions
Without sufficient Charisma or Barter to gain access to Vance's supply of drugs, the player must speak to Jake or Lemmy.
It is possible to access Vance's inventory by using the barter ability to the side. The player needs to leave immediately afterwards, though.
