Well Edit

hey there bro! :P Gheart 15:55, June 6, 2011 (UTC)

Hey Timeoin, I tried leaving you a message on your Elder Scrolls wiki talkpage, but for some reason, I can't post a comment anywhere on the Elder Scrolls wiki. I even tried starting a thread about the problem in the CT forum, but again I had the same problem. I'm leaving this message here because for some reason it's the only place I can. Everytime the editor loads when I try to post a comment or start a thread in the Elder Scrolls forums, it takes a freaking long time. I apologize leaving this message on your Fallout talk page, but as you can see, I can't do anything on the Elder Scrolls wiki right now and I had no other way of contacting you. If you wish to contact me, feel free to leave a response on my talk page as I will be monitoring it throughout the day.--Ryker6123:18, April 27, 2012 (UTC)~4:15pm 4/27/2012

You've got to be in a special situation to make that many edits; have a lot of free time and willing to spend it on the wiki, dedication and be single. Having a kid will already take a good chunk of your time, I understand. I'm a bit jealous of you in return! You're head of the largest game wiki on Wikia. Without a live game for a year or so and still nr. 1! So congrats for that. I wish we could say that, but we're doing alright too; just a few months back we were still in the top 5, now we're nr. 7 or 8 or so. Secret of our success I think is that unlike many games (particularly fastpaced ones) both games lend themselves exceptionally well for wikification and you can continue to play the game over and over again, always new discoveries, different ways of playing quests, a large sandbox world, enormous amount of GECK data. People are always curious and interested to find something newly added to wiki pages they may not have discovered yet. Or checking detailed weapons stats or locations of all kinds of items. Both games have a lot of background stories/lore too, and people like to read about that as well. The games have gotten a lot of care developing and it pays out. Speaking of the GECK btw, I got a great idea for your wiki. I see some quotes on your pages, but what I'm missing are the audio files. I'm working on adding them here at the top of pages (mostly character) and we also have a notable quotes section. I've been playing with your Skyrim datafiles and succeeded in extracting your audiofiles. Already discovered a few beautiful sounding quotes. What do you think about that? Should be a sweet improvement. Nothing like a good quote, with sound, to start a page... Jspoel Speech Jspoel 17:46, November 8, 2013 (UTC)

Following up on an old post I see :) I'm going good, another 12,000 and I'll overtake Cook Me Plox from the Runescape wiki. I don't know any other game wikian who has more. Just a few on the lyrics wikia, some of them use bots though. You're active again, good to see you have the spare time and motivation. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 15:12, February 23, 2017 (UTC)
Cook Me Plox has more than I do, though he seems to have quit, so I should overtake him in less than half a year. And no, I have never used a bot to make edits, I don't know how. When I reach 300k I want to be able to add an achievement image that I made them without a single bot-edit. I'm the human bot right :) says my userpage box. Good luck with the Elder Scrolls wiki, hope you find new editors. We luckily have a few new users these past months that are spending quite a bit of time on our wiki again. It's more fun that way and the pages improve faster. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 20:51, February 23, 2017 (UTC)

Fraid not. There was a top secret backer only forum... but I don't have access to it. There's little if any action on the Interplay forums. Agent c (talk) 14:16, January 11, 2014 (UTC)

Fallout ShelterEdit

Hey, great to see you actively editing on our Wikia as well :). I've noticed your questions about editing and Fallout Shelter. The general guidelines can be found here and here, but in my opinion, they aren't clear enough for the specific case. After finally being able to play Fallout Shelter myself since its release on Steam, I have also noticed that we are still lacking a lot of content and that the content that we do have is sometimes very difficult to find. I was considering either opening up a forum to discuss how we were gonna change things, or just start adding any content without too much bureaucracy behind it (will only cost more time and delay information people are searching right now, so avoiding too much debate seems the way to go to me) that may deserve a page in terms of notability. Right now, what to me seems to be the biggest problem right now is the lack of accessibility of the content on the Fallout Shelter quests page. I think adding more quest pages and keeping that one as an overviewpage will do wonders. And I think other pages would best undergo similar treatment. You're a more experienced Wikian than me, so certainly feel free to let me know your thoughts, I wouldn't be surprised if they'd be even better :) - Greets Peace'n Hugs (talk) (blog) 13:01, April 2, 2017 (UTC)

Don't worry about the pictures, the written content is more important here I'd say. I can play it on computer now and I'll try to provide some screenshots, but in the longer term, I'm pretty sure that they will also be replaced by users that can do a better job than me (using the program files and/or some editing software). As for the characters etc., I'd follow the same principles we follow for other games, which would mean that if it's in the game, it should be on the Wikia. I was originally holding back a bit on this when the game was just released, but I'd say that by now, it can certainly be considered a real game instead of just a small apetizer for FO4. So I'd certainly give Frank the Tank and Pit Stop a page. It will make it easier for users to find exactly what they search, and I think there is enough to say about it to warrant a page (I've noticed the end reward is the same each time, dialogue is same each time, location lay-out is the same, ...). Maybe I'll also add an edit achievementtrack for Shelter quests now that I notice that there are so many of them around. - Greets Peace'n Hugs (talk) (blog) 13:51, April 2, 2017 (UTC)
Hey, I was looking at your progress in your sandbox. You'd like me to add stuff to it when I encounter it in-game, or you'd prefer to keep it for yourself? - Greets Peace'n Hugs (talk) (blog) 13:20, April 3, 2017 (UTC)
It's what I assumed and thought it would have been more handy that everything is at 1 place, but wanted to ask first just to make sure :) - Greets Peace'n Hugs (talk) (blog) 21:10, April 3, 2017 (UTC)
And if it is wanted on a Tasklist page or something similar, that, also, is fine. I just started going ahead and making it in the meantime. (I finally found something useful on here that wasn't already added lol). TimeoinSay G'DayView my work 22:26, April 3, 2017 (UTC)

Fallout Shelter questsEdit

I wouldn't be in favor of creating a page for every single quest, think the game's too small for it. Then I'd choose for pages for the single-stage quests and combine several daily quests, limited time quests and multi-stage questlines. For example, the Nabbed from Nuka-World page would include 5 mini-quests, being a sort of overview page with a description/some images for every mini-quest. A mini-quest page should redirect to the main quest page. Also, some characters should be redirects to already existing images if possible (like the pet Valentine in your sandbox), maybe some major characters, like Frank the Tank could have their own. Perhaps you want to give my suggestion a try. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 14:52, April 2, 2017 (UTC)

You can find all the pages that need creation on Special:Wantedpages. I would think you'd know that as a bc on the Elder Scrolls wiki... Jspoel Speech Jspoel 15:02, April 2, 2017 (UTC)
There's not been a discussion of Fallout Shelter quest pages as far as I know. Maybe they decided something in chat that I don't know about, that's possible. But it's a rather big item, so I'd like to see some open discussion on a forum page before we start creating pages for every single (small) quest. Doesn't seem necessary to me. So go ahead and start that forum page. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 22:12, April 2, 2017 (UTC)

I can totally get into that feeling (though I haven't encountered it much). You're accustomed to be Master of the Wikia Universe for years and suddenly you're caught off guard with no rights:). You'll have to upload it with a good name at first try... Screenshot names aren't good indeed, need a proper one. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 01:21, April 4, 2017 (UTC)

I am slowing down! In my first four years I made 200,000 edits. In past 2,5 years only 90,000. If you want to stay ahead and make your 100,000th before I make my 300,000th edit you'll have to do it before September 30 this year. Then it'll be Fallout's 20 year anniversery. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 17:38, June 2, 2017 (UTC)

Yes, I am saving it for a shiny day. I saved my 100,000th edit for September 30, 2012, which was the exact date of 15 years of Fallout. My 250,000th edit was on February 29 2016, also easy to remember. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 21:53, June 2, 2017 (UTC)
No, I don't believe there's a list, I once asked Sannse when I got to 250,000. I know of, who has 200,000 and has about 150,000. And a bunch on the Lyrics wiki have more than I do, though at least a few use bots, especially Senvaikis who has the most of everyone I think, 1.7 million. As far as I know, I only have to overtake Cook Me Plox for the most edits on a gaming wiki (without any bot edits). Jspoel Speech Jspoel 22:31, June 7, 2017 (UTC)

I had expected some activity from you here back in June, but it never came. Appears you'll give it another go, though you seem a little sad about something. Well anyway, good luck. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 19:42, August 27, 2017 (UTC)

You're putting the quotes in the wrong section. Check other page to see it's done. They have a level 2 header, below the notes. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 01:53, September 5, 2017 (UTC)

In the newsEdit

I see, thanks for the link. Agent c has really taken the responsibility to make it big. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 21:36, September 12, 2017 (UTC)

5 days leftEdit

Yes, I'm close, we'll have a drink on Fallout 20 and my 300k edit on September 30. I had to blink my eyes a few times over at the Elder Scrolls wiki on your userpage. What happened to you over there? I was sad to see your status. (Self)Removal of rights, unhappy with ESO activity, moving your activity to UESP, negative speaking. A shame to see a user with such an impact over the many years leave the wiki in such a way. Are you going over at UESP now? If you still like doing something over here, maybe the FOS quests, or other stub pages that have your interest. Anyway, I wish you all the best in whatever you're going to do. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 18:01, September 25, 2017 (UTC)

Creature PagesEdit

Hey please stop making pages for creature variants. Creature pages should be 1 for a species, not one for each sub category. --Opifex1 (talk) 03:51, June 11, 2018 (UTC)

Settlement objects Edit

Not every settlement object needs to have its own article. I don't think most of the Fallout 4 settlement objects got one. Also, there are other settlements besides the new CAMP system. Paladin117>>iff bored; 00:01, June 14, 2018 (UTC)

Fallout 76Edit

Sure, all help is welcome. Hope you find some fun working on the Fallout wiki. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 15:12, June 14, 2018 (UTC)

Nice to hear from you again, hope you find some fun editing here again. I'm installing the Beta myself now. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 18:04, October 31, 2018 (UTC)

I've reverted your disambiguation pages. They contains just two links and nothing else, not really worth a page. I've also seen them in a better overview state (Carrot)), which is better. I'm not if we should go that way yet. Pages now redirect to the Fallout 4 version, so no redirecting on pages that have the main link is necessary. Might be worth discussing though what the community wants. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 12:26, November 1, 2018 (UTC)

Bot Edits Edit

Are you editing with a bot? If so, set up a profile for said bot and get the bot tag for the account. Additionally, whether you're using a bot or not, images, sound files, and the like for fallout 76 do not require the upcoming template to be applied to them. Richie9999 (talk) 03:31, November 5, 2018 (UTC)

Mass editing Edit

Hey Timeoin! While I appreciate the enormous amount of work you've done to disambiguate the page links (is that the right way of describing it?), a significant side effect of your massive amount of edits is that the recent edits log is flooded with your edits. As a result, it becomes hard for patrollers and admins alike to check recent edits from other editors.

For this reason, I would strongly suggest that you create a secondary account and get it registered as a bot—as Richie suggested above—because we'll be able to filter out bot edits from the edit log, giving us a clear view of the recent edits again. Of course, if you really want to, you can just continue to do these repetitive edits manually on your bot account, though I personally think that's a waste of your time, but hey, whatever floats your boat ;-)
- FDekker talk 11:58, November 6, 2018 (UTC)

To create a bot account, just create a new account and then check this page on how to get Fandom to mark it as a bot. After that, all edits on that account will be marked as bot edits. There's different tools you can use to automate your edits; I think the most popular one is AWB (make sure you use version 6 or higher or it won't work on Fandom!) and it's pretty easy, though using it requires that you get permission from a Nukapedia bureaucrat, which I don't think should be too hard if you explain your reason for wanting the permissions.
Anyway, after you've done that, you can use AWB to speed up the editing a lot, with a smaller chance of making errors, and without flooding the recent changes.

Oh, and when it comes to having to edit quickly in order not to be overtaken by alternative websites: I see your point, but make sure that you distinguish between what kind of edits you want to hurry and which you don't. For example, I can definitely imagine people wanting to add new content as fast as they can for whatever reason, but when it comes to maintenance-ish edits such as splitting pages and fixing links I think you can take your time more because it doesn't matter as much for the competitiveness.

Anyway, good luck with the robot setup, if you have any questions I'll be happy to answer them :)
- FDekker talk 12:19, November 6, 2018 (UTC)
I saw your message on Richie's talk page, so just to make sure: You should get a secondary account and mark that one as a bot; marking this account (your main account) as a bot wouldn't make much sense because there will probably be a difference between the edits you'll do with this account and with your bot account. For example, I use DekkerBot for edits using AWB.
- FDekker talk 13:05, November 6, 2018 (UTC)
It won't get you banned; if it did, I would have been banned myself as well. Wikia doesn't forbid having multiple accounts at all, and on Nukapedia it's OK if it's obvious that it's your account (see these rules here). That is, if you place Timeoin on the profile page of your bot account, you're absolutely fine.
- FDekker talk 13:50, November 6, 2018 (UTC)

Links Edit

By the way, there's some very minor issues with some of the link replacements you did (though this wall of text may make it look more serious than it actually is):

  • Make sure you simplify your links.
As you may know, you can write Super mutants to create a link where the "s" suffix is part of the link even though it's not in between the square brackets. While you could achieve the same with a piped link such as Super mutants, the latter is annoyingly long to write.
That being said, you should not combine the suffix with a piped link. Instead of writing super mutants, you should always write super mutants, with the "s" inside the second part of the link. This is because having the "s" suffix does not give you any advantage, and makes it harder to read.
  • Capitalise page names.
When using a piped link, make sure you use the capitalisation of the page name in the first part of the link. That is, instead of writing super mutant, write super mutant, where the very first "s" is capitalised, just like in the actual page name.

While these changes are not noticeable on the page itself, they are visible in the "code" of the page. Perhaps it's just my perfectionism, but it is the standard that is used on (as far as I know) all pages on Nukapedia.

That being said, I do not expect you to fix all of your previous edits (because that's way more suitable for a bot, and I'm fine with fixing this using my own bot), but I would appreciate it if you applied the rules above in your future edits :)
- FDekker talk 16:19, November 6, 2018 (UTC)

Bot requestEdit

I gave you bot rights, for the time being until 14 November, see how that goes. (Your messages won't be in recent changes anymore). Jspoel Speech Jspoel 00:46, November 7, 2018 (UTC)

Bot Edit

That's pretty nice :)

When editing links, make sure you keep the capitalisation of the link text the same. In this edit, for example, you changed the "p" in power armor to a capital "P" (in the right part of the link), which makes it display as Power armor station instead of power armor station. You also did the opposite here. Keep an eye on that.
- FDekker talk 09:18, November 7, 2018 (UTC)

I noticed your updates of weapon links on The Art of Fallout 4. You just updated them to Fallout 4 but didn't use the pipe to update the display name. I corrected it here: Can you backtrack you edits to correct this if you did the same on other pages? Also, I reverted a lot of your note edits. The Fallout 4 note/holotape picture can stay. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 22:39, November 9, 2018 (UTC)

Crafting componentsEdit

Hi tim, not sure if you are aware, but we have made the decision not to split junk items per Forum:Junk items in Fallout 76. This would include base components. From what I have seen in the B.E.T.A. there isn't a huge amount of difference between the two games, with the exception of few renames. Sakaratte - Talk to the catmin 05:57, November 13, 2018 (UTC)

Fallout 76Edit

Can you already play the game in Australia? Just wondering. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 20:04, November 13, 2018 (UTC)

Ok, good enough. I still have to wait a few hours then I reckon. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 20:07, November 13, 2018 (UTC)
What, a 100 GB?? Really, that much? When I downloaded the Beta it was only 47 Gb, later on a second download of 29 Gb. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 20:12, November 13, 2018 (UTC)
Friend who got it last night confirms that it is indeed live right now. TimeoinSay G'DayView my work 21:24, November 13, 2018 (UTC)

I browsed your edits and have some remarks. Seems you've gone to fast with the songs. As you can see here I cleanup up your edit. You left a blank line, the pagename nd and the category should have a downcap for song. I've done some songs but your help is also welcome. Concerning the blank line, you removed all the upcoming templates, but left that blank line. As you can see here I removed it. If it's left, above the infobox that blank line is seen by pushing the infobox down. That doesn't look good. If you can take a look at your edits concerning this, would also be good. On another note, today I received my copy of Fallout 76! Got it running. Didn't even get a disk, just a paper disk with a code on it... But it works. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 15:09, November 14, 2018 (UTC)

hi lol Tsmpotatolad (talk) 04:15, November 16, 2018 (UTC)

Can you mind your edits a bit more? I have to check many of your edits, especially new pages. You just place the most necessary there, nothing else. Just tidy it up a bit and give them some more care. Here's an example. Would save me a good deal of time. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 15:40, November 16, 2018 (UTC)

Here's another example. You're leaving the page hanging and create a lot of checking work for others. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 16:00, November 16, 2018 (UTC)
Can you mind your grammar somewhat and placement of text? I know you're experienced on the Elder Scroll Wiki, but we probably do things differently here, and I personally am for making a page at least presentable for the next editor after hitting the save button. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 20:55, November 16, 2018 (UTC)

Moving pagesEdit

Only move pages to a Fallout 4 disambig if there's a Fallout 76 variant. For example, I don't see a Fallout 76 variant with Explorer outfit (Fallout 4). Also, If you move a page, also move the history. Don't make a make a redirect of the original non-disambig page (Field scribe's armor). The new page Fallout 4 variant will only have one edit page history. That's not desirable. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 21:43, November 17, 2018 (UTC)

Ok but mind the other thing I mentioned. Also, preferably create the Fallout 76 pages so people know a move it warranted. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 21:46, November 17, 2018 (UTC)
If you find more pages you want to move and get restriction errors, let me know which one on my talkpage and I'll move them. They probably already exist and won't allow you to overwrite them. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 22:00, November 17, 2018 (UTC)
Also update the links in the armor navbox and Fallout 4 armor and clothing page please. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 22:02, November 17, 2018 (UTC)

I would add: Before you redirect some item, make sure the newly-linked page exists! Don't redirect half the resources to non-existent pages. What good is it to redirect all the weapon mods, if the result is that people cannot look up more than half of them? BoboSims (talk) 09:21, November 19, 2018 (UTC)

Well, the user could've modified some of their game files. While unlikely, it at least is a possibility, and we can only wait for people to confirm this bug. ☢ Energy X ☣ 05:33, November 19, 2018 (UTC)

Sure, give it a go. You're experienced enough. Example: Fallout 4 patches. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 20:09, November 19, 2018 (UTC)

Sure, but given the amount of challenges, I wouldn't want a page for every challenge. Just put them as an overview on three pages, Fallout 76 lifetime challenges, Fallout 76 weekly challenges, and Fallout 76 daily challenges. Also put challenges that are similar, together in a section. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 15:38, November 20, 2018 (UTC)

I didn't know there was chronological order to it. Sort of like the Vault has it I think. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 20:37, November 20, 2018 (UTC)
Preferably not. But Tag deserved credit. I believe he almost must work for Gamepedia now given the amount of content he adds, and must have all the Fo76 resources. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 20:51, November 20, 2018 (UTC)

Well, if you type for example long j.., you already get the long johns Fallout 4 version and the Fallout 76. Already there you can decide which long johns version you're looking for. You don't need a for template, we don't use it for that. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 18:59, November 22, 2018 (UTC)

Empty lineEdit

Can you remove that empty line at the top of the page when you create a new page? Looks scruffy. Just updated Standard_full_stock. Give the page a little care. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 20:55, November 22, 2018 (UTC)

That's not possible. It has a code for first line in the template: <noinclude>articlecreationlayout</noinclude><includeonly>. Have to do it manually. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 20:59, November 22, 2018 (UTC)

Can you give your edits a bit more care? It's less the quantity, more the quality. I have to check your every edit and change quite a bit to make it look presentable. Just browse the edits that I have updated to get an idea. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 12:21, November 24, 2018 (UTC)

Maybe you can help me with the perk cards. Here is a link to the program, it's rather self-explanatory. Would save me a lot of time just having to do half of them. You do the perk cards from Intelligence, Agility and Luck on Fallout 76 perks, I do the first half (SPEC). After that we can look at the cards that are still missing. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 16:09, November 24, 2018 (UTC)
That was after over an hour of checking and tidying up your edits. When I saw that one I was tired and deleted it. It also had several formatting errors in it, like many of your edits. Our pages have had a clean look over the past years, and that's largely due to me checking them overnight. That way the next editor will have a clean page and knows where to start. Also keeps the overview. You mess that up to some degree, and I have to work to restore it. Already pointed that out, I invite you browse your edits that have been adapted by me to get an idea of what's not going right. Mostly formatting errors, but on many pages. Also rolled back your split template from pages, they were on so many pages it's better to discuss it on a forum. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 19:07, November 26, 2018 (UTC)
I'll take a look at it tomorrow. Maybe ask some admins/user right holders to comment on it personally on their talkpage to get their attention. Everyone seems busy. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 20:46, November 26, 2018 (UTC)
Think of your formatting. I just had to fix a few again. Take a look at them and you should know what I mean. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 23:47, November 26, 2018 (UTC)

FO76 ImagesEdit

I'm pretty sure FO76 weapons are just reused models from FO4. Is the baton in FO76, for example, different from the one in FO4? I don't know btw, I'm asking you. DisgustingWastelander (talk) 07:13, November 27, 2018 (UTC)

Alright. I guess I'll have a look when I'm playing the game. DisgustingWastelander (talk) 07:46, November 27, 2018 (UTC)

Pump action shotgunEdit

The pages you changed to Fallout 76 links only redirects back to what they were originally linked to. Great Mara (talk) 18:16, November 27, 2018 (UTC)

Feral ghoul and stuffEdit

The box was getting kinda long, but I restored it. Also added my 2 cents on your forum. Again, I had to adjust many of your edits, took me 2 hours or so. Example is welding goggles Make the page look tidy with empty lines between the sections/templates. If you add something with a location section, you can remove that section template. This is costing me too much time. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 18:39, November 27, 2018 (UTC)

No. If you do that you might as well add many 'for' templates links for other game variants on a page, for Fallout 3, even Fallout and Fallout 2. It's more for similarly names pages for the same game or perks variants from what I can recall. We don't have that custom. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 20:53, November 27, 2018 (UTC)

Technically, they didnt formally become the brotherhood until after the war, as they only deserted before the war. The brotherhood proper wasn't founded until a few months after they reached lost hills.Aiden4017 (talk) 03:21, November 28, 2018 (UTC)

Army fatiguesEdit

Those fatigues and helmet go together, same as the Fallout 4 variant. There's room in the infobox to fill all the weights and values for a second item now in the infobox. You already put back the quest category, a small effort I think. I have spent an hour again checking and correcting the overnight edits. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 18:24, November 28, 2018 (UTC)

Empty linesEdit

You're making me work overtime again. I've spent 8 years keeping the formatting up to spec and I like to keep it that way. Can you add empty lines between sections plz. If you add a line at locations you can remove the section template. See [1]. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 22:31, November 28, 2018 (UTC)

Linking components to shared pages. Edit

I've been adding modification and crafting tables to the Fallout 76 weapons section. I'm very new to the Wikia environment and have taken note of your edits. I would like to inquire about the necessity of using the <open brackets> component name (Fallout 76)|component name <closed brackets> format verses just using the component name in brackets. Fallout 4 and Fallout 76 components seem to share pages so, is using the former format over the latter necessary for linking anything besides Gear to the component Gears?

Please dont just delete pages it is very very annoyingEdit

I get you're annoyed with J, but from reading your talk page he has given a lot of advice and suggestions, so I also get why he decided to delete the page. We all have things we want to be doing, J likes to double check all the edits and catch as much as possible before onto the other stuff he wants to do. Deleting the page seems to like a last ditch effort to make this point "don't focus on quantity and pay attention to quality, look at similar pages for layout guidelines and build from them". That is all he is asking for.

You called him petty, but making the category was pretty childish too. If not for the fact I can see both sides I would be acting on your category addition as an act of vandalism; instead I'm seeing for what it is: an act of frustration. I don't think I'll be able to if there is another time. Sakaratte - Talk to the catmin 10:54, November 29, 2018 (UTC)

Ah yeah, I didn't think about that. Readding it is fine, just rephrase it to be about the faction and link to the Gourmands page. AllYourFavorites! (talk) 16:54, November 29, 2018 (UTC)

Cultural referencesEdit

That page wasn't created according guidelines, said so in the deletion log. I would think especially as a seasoned editor like yourself, you would uphold certain standards when you creating a new page. Same thing happened with the Fallout 76 patch page. You just bluntly put the text there. Spend one minute more of care and you'll already have a more presentable page. Also, I'm going through your edits again and please put blank lines between sections so I don't have to do it. It's starting to affect my fun being here. I'll give an example. If you page looks like this and you want to add another location:

* Blabla1
* Blabla2
Navbox weapons FO76

add another location:

* Blabla1
* Blabla2
* Blabla3

FO76 (dont need stubs from 2 games)

Navbox weapons FO76

So add those blank lines. Makes the page when you edit it look much neater. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 18:40, November 29, 2018 (UTC) Jspoel Speech Jspoel 18:40, November 29, 2018 (UTC)

Page movesEdit

I just redirected a bunch of your moves from Fallout 4 disambig to Far Harbor disambig. They are Far Harbor pages, so get the Far Harbor disambiguation. Pity no one pointed that you to overnight, now pages linking to it have to be done again. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 17:32, November 30, 2018 (UTC)

Might as well keep the Fallout 4 redirects, now they already exist... Already talked to someone about the markers, see User_talk:Steel_Nomad#Map_marker_image and got it working. But it's taking a good deal of time to just create one, let alone the other 150 or so... I've left it for now, you may give it a go though. Good luck. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 21:44, November 30, 2018 (UTC)
When you create them you also still have to see which icon goes where, it's time consuming. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 21:56, November 30, 2018 (UTC)

Walking cane (mod)Edit

I believe you. I adjusted the page a bit. Mind what you type, you typed can instead of cane, also downcap words. And I corrected a nuke mine link error on Crater house. And a tiny nitpick grammar issue, can you add a space between an asterisk and the start of a note/sentence. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 16:45, December 2, 2018 (UTC)

Slow down?Edit

You made a mistake redirecting to Salvaged assaultron head (Automaton). Do you see it? Jspoel Speech Jspoel 17:29, December 2, 2018 (UTC)

Re: CharlestonEdit

No, but I keep finding that mod everywhere as it is. Great Mara (talk) 23:27, December 3, 2018 (UTC)

I adjusted a lot of formatting issues again. Use empty lines between section/stubs for better overview. [2] is an example. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 17:36, December 5, 2018 (UTC)

Hornwright testing siteEdit

Where are those Hornwright testing sites? I can only find Hornwright air purifier site 03s. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 23:59, December 6, 2018 (UTC)

So it's unmarked I take it. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 00:08, December 7, 2018 (UTC)

Nukapedian of the YearEdit

Hey! You have been nominated to become Nukapedian of the Year, however you haven't accepted or refused your nomination yet. If you would like to accept the nomination, could you please do this soon? Accepting the nomination can be done by adding the acceptance as a reply to the nomination post at . Otherwise I'll sadly have to carry on the competition without you. - Greets Peace'n Hugs (talk) (blog) 13:42, December 7, 2018 (UTC)

I wouldn't say so. Definitely not as an individual note on a location page, because I think that would get repetitive with how many places can spawn them, and even then it's not a guarantee. AllYourFavorites! (talk) 13:18, December 8, 2018 (UTC)

Voting advertisementEdit

Do you remember the general area where the voting advertisement would be in the capitol buildings? Great Mara (talk) 09:50, December 10, 2018 (UTC)

Can you add a "breathing empty line" between the crafting section and location section? Helps to see where the section are seperated when you edit it:

should look like:

Jspoel Speech Jspoel 20:28, December 10, 2018 (UTC)

Hey! I've added that text (and taken the freedom to replace "its" with "it's"), if you would like to have it changed or replaced later on, you can still ask me :) Good luck! - Greets Peace'n Hugs (talk) (blog) 10:48, December 11, 2018 (UTC)

"Add the details over when redirecting pages" I don't quite understand what you mean. Can you rephrase that? Jspoel Speech Jspoel 15:47, December 13, 2018 (UTC)

Nominated for deletionEdit

You don't have nominate these weapon mod pages for deletion, they are a "main page" so to speak. Just leave them be as a useful redirect. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 15:01, December 15, 2018 (UTC)

No, just leave the main link directing to the Fallout 4 disambig. There not useful as a seperate disambiguation page linking to both. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 16:50, December 16, 2018 (UTC)

Metal bedEdit

I thought it was a random plan, but now I think about it I think I got the metal bed as well. I'll take a look at your forum tomorrow. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 22:52, December 19, 2018 (UTC)
