Strategy Edit

I'm not disputing that it can. As a matter of fact, I use it to go deathclaw hunting often. We have a strict policy against adding strategy to article pages. You can find that here. It's longstanding policy that the community here decided on. Detailing what the weapon's capabilities are, e.g. crit damage, crit chance, are fine, adding a note about a specific character build, i.e. use perk x to kill bad thing y, is considered strategy.  The Gunny  380px-USMC-E7 svg 20:45, July 1, 2013 (UTC)

Vader Quote Edit

That is such an obscure quote that I don't think the developers were directly quoting Vader. I can think of several instances where that has been used in both movies and games, none of which have been directly acknowledged as quoting Vader. ---bleep196- (talk) 15:25, July 2, 2013 (UTC)

Even if they are we would need direct confirmation from the developers themselves that that is exactly what they were doing, otherwise it's just speculation. ---bleep196- (talk) 15:45, July 2, 2013 (UTC)

SummaryEdit

I'm not leaving summaries (anymore) if I feel it's not a delicate change. It's taking too much time and there's still so much to do. I think I have gained enough trust around here for others to know the changes I make are all right. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 15:15, April 4, 2014 (UTC)

One of the reasons you stated that J should leave an edit summary is that admins can see what he's added. J is a bureaucrat here, like myself. He's more than capable of "checking" his own edits. Most of the time he does maintenance type edits, fixing links, correcting parameters, categorizing files people uploaded by did not categorize like they're supposed to, things like that. There's tons and tons of this kind of work to be done each day here and leaving edit summaries for minor maintenance edits, when you've got maybe 100s of pages to fix, means you get less work done. When he changes content or reverts, he usually leaves and edit summary if an explanation is needed. Do you really need to know in the edit summary that he fixed a link so it goes to the correct page instead of a redirect page or added the proper category to someone's One Direction video they uploaded for their userpage? The Gunny  UserGunny chevrons 19:45, April 4, 2014 (UTC)
