Removed all the icon and some videos. The userpage seems faster now.
Where are we on this subject? Can we start using the template?

I understand now Edit
I understand. Things like copyright is important. Things move, people aren't happy. I totally understand that. Like that "Fallout 4 intro" video in this Wiki, the previous video was unavailable on YouTube, so I tracked down who made the original opening cinematic and found Guillermo Del Toro created it. Apparently this is how I found Fallout 4 was being released because apparently Bethesda confirmed it on Twitter before Fallout 4 was due release. That video on the wiki was replaced with one that isn't removed. Maybe creating a page on the deleted files and articles explaining why might help others, if such a person visited the wiki as a result of a file.
Bugged unmarked Fallout 4 quest needs bug vertification Edit
Just letting you know that after saving Austin and actually starting the Unmarked Quest "Fertilizer Woman", even with the right amount of Bag of fertilizer, bought and found, its still not possible to sell to Dr. Penske. Sometimes she appears underneath the table. I've played Fallout 4 on the PS4 three times and I can still confirm the bug but its not listed on the Bug Vertification project page.
The Article page for the quest has a Bug Vertification notice but its not in any Categories associated with the title "Fallout 4 Bugged Quests". I recommend that all known Bugged Quests should be added to their respective Categories.
Combat Armor has been reformed Edit
Hey Sakaratte, the reformat of the Combat armor page is complete! It's a lot cleaner looking now, and the references to generations are gone. I also moved some things around a bit and added information on Fallout 4's rendition to the page. I decided to leave similar variants on the page, but reiterate that they are otherwise unrelated. I chose the name "riot armor" for the NCR Ranger / Desert Ranger armors because while they aren't explicitly named, they were used by riot squads of the LAPD and US Army, and are referred to off-hand as "riot armor" in a tooltip.
Not really back, I just felt like addressing one of my personal issues with the Fallout wikis - the rampant speculation involved. As for my rationales:
- Tinker Tom: I was initially going to re-write this, as my first concern was just with the speculative wording, but it became pretty clear to me that the etymology was irrelevant, especially considering Tinker Tom's usefulness throughout the game, even providing a unique service that can only be unlocked through him.
- Longfellow: I'm sorry, but this is just pure speculation; they're both pretty generic looking dudes, and thematically, there's not a real connection. I doubt the Maine connection is merely a coincidence, but that's not enough to justify such a block of text, especially when it does nothing to either improve the article, or the character itself.

It is extremely unlikely that Hedgehogs ever existed, or any, "woodland creature" for that matter. It becomes more and more obvious when someone actually studies the history of hedgehology and foxology itself that there are simply too many coincidences, not to mention the implausibility of being able to make the conclusions that hedgehologists regularly make. It's an extremely elaborate hoax, and it counts on people assuming nobody would go to such lengths. The truth is, there are no limits to the lies people can create and perpetuate in the right conditions. The study of woodland creatures, mainly hedgehogs really didn't start until the end of the 20th century, and then mysteriously, "discoveries" began popping up everywhere. Numerous quills and genesis’s were miraculously found in relatively small areas in the span of a few years, yet no such findings were even remotely made in the thousands of years preceding that. A lot of these, "quills" were made in the Americas, but Native Americans know nothing of these hedgehogs despite having lived in the Americas for millennia. It seems like a remarkable coincidence that all of this would suddenly come to light so quickly as soon as furryism was starting to take hold. Before that, we have some vague references in Japan to finding plumbers hats, but beyond that hedgehogs seemingly were invisible before the 20th century, and since then we've found tons and tons of woodland creatures. If you think about it, you can see that it is extremely unlikely that before the 20th century, people's eyes were blind to foxes, hedgehogs, and sega consoles. Furthermore, it's also improbable that not only would all of these hedgehogs and foxes come to light so quickly, but that it would be equally as easy to piece all of the components together into complete organisms so quickly. I'm sure at least some of you remember in elementary school when you made hedgehogs out of furries, even though that was yet another evolutionary propaganda piece, it's a similar principle here. Give someone enough quills in varying shapes and sizes, and they could probably construct something out of it. Albeit, those who perpetuate this hoax are far more capable than an elementary student, they can be somewhat convincing. However, no matter how smart, they can't reasonably expect a critical thinking person to believe that out of scattered quills they can presume to know the exact shape of the creature that supposedly had those quills. If I were a betting man, I'd give them the pieces to any sizable LEGO set without the box or the instructions and see if their probing and agile mind can create the shape the pieces were meant to be in. That challenge itself would be much much easier, for there are, "Furries" who have claimed to reconstruct an entire hedgehog species out of a few quills. I could go on with this, but my point being, there is much to be questioned. If you have a rebuttal to what I'm saying, and are willing to be reasonably civil about it, I'd be willing to answer any questions and of you have.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Just another Guy (talk • contribs). LMAO...Trust me, my life is full of those types of moments. I lost my car keys and wallet both the other day and tore the house apart looking for them. Aggravated, I went to the refrigerator to pour myself a glass of tea and discovered my keys and wallet sitting on the refrigerator shelf beside a glass of tea that I suddenly remembered pouring 30 minutes earlier. Metal Blaster Edit
The name in spanish is "Pulverizador" (horrible article, as usual).
Interesting fact: There are scientific studies, suggesting that our brains anticipate doorways, adjusting themselves appropriately as you are walking through, to take in what they consider a potentially new environment. The ability to recall memory is retarded in favour of stimulated awareness. 寧靜 20:52, April 20, 2018 (UTC)
Hi, I used to try to edit and improve this wiki but I haven't been active for a while. I would like to ask if there was anything I possibly could help with as I would like to get better at editing. Thanks --Abby Corbett (talk) 21:53, April 21, 2018 (UTC)
As I'm not very good at source editing and I play on console, I am limited to what I can do, but I could try to make groups of articles have the same format, or add basic information to articles. I could also start making articles and add basic knowledge to them and then perhaps another user could add images and so on. I don't really mind, as long as I'm helping. Thanks --Abby Corbett (talk) 16:00, April 22, 2018 (UTC)
I am not able to leave blog posts for some reason, across any of my browsers, so I'll just leave my comment, here, instead:

I turn to you because you may have a better understanding of css programming.
The gameicons at the top of the pages are visible and if you move your mousepointer over them their size increases and they are still visible. That should be the normal behavior. But there's a problem with these gameicons. The icons disapear, if you move your mousepointer over them (for instance see the pages "Bloatfly meat" or "Fallout 4 add-ons"). This behavior appears in all our fallout wikias (de, en, es ...) which use that function.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
Is that your standard? Because, if so, then let me know, and I'll start enforcing my standard, as well, instead of pandering to the compromise solutions that I've been forced to utilize over the years ever since the Salient Green debate. 寧靜 21:01, April 24, 2018 (UTC)
- Let me pick your mind, just a bit, because I've noticed the shift in leadership around here lately, and as one of the more progressive users hanging about, especially as a bureaucrat, I am very interested in your PoV around a subject that I am very passionate about:
What do you think about these links? The question is vague, because I am interested in your opinion(s) on a few different thing regarding this matter.
寧靜 21:15, April 24, 2018 (UTC)
Here's why I brought it up:
- Even though I was following the rules, as the history shows, it was the other party(ies) that were edit-warring, and it was allowed because they brought in a sympathizing bureaucrat as a "mediator."
- The textual/visual correlation rule was twisted, which as you may remember, was a topic brought up in a recent debate - as I mentioned in the recent debate, the rule is literal, yet people keep cherry-picking somewhat similar correlations to defend speculation.
- Even though there were multiple users that were against that information, as shown by the history, and there was even a point when the article was locked due to the same speculation (not by me), yet my decision was overruled because of the popular opinion on that TP, since a bureaucrat also happened to agree with them.
It's all in the past, I get that - but that was a defining moment for me at this wiki, because it's when I mostly stopped my crusade of cleaning this wiki of bullshit speculation, and it also showed me that so long as you know the right person in charge, you can get your way and break/twist multiple rules. 寧靜 21:44, April 24, 2018 (UTC)
Deus Vult Edit
"Deus vult" is a rallying cry used by many white supremacist groups here in the United States. Maybe that's not a thing where you are (The UK, right?), but it is here. It is used at rallies and on websites etc. In my original response to Space I mentioned that I know the phrase is used in the For Honor community, but that outside of that community it may be considered offensive. Personally, I find it offensive.
If a person who plays lots of WWII based games went around saying "Heil Hitler" all the time, would we brush that off too? I don't think we would. I think we would tell them it wasn't acceptable here. It might be OK in the context of a WWII discussion board, but not here. Just like it isn't appropriate for me to say "There is no God" every time somebody mentions their religious faith on here. The context isn't appropriate.
The fact remains that I, a wiki user, find that phrase offensive. I have made it known that I find it offensive and why I find it offensive. You may not agree that it is rule 2 violation, but it certainly violates the "catch all" rule about topics that cause distress or offense. I'm not asking that we police the /d for every little thing that could be potentially offensive, I am saying that I find that specific thing offensive and that I don't want to see it. I don't think that's asking too much. ThreeSecondRush (talk) 18:10, April 26, 2018 (UTC)
- As my two-cents on the matter, if you are looking for any sort of further consensus, Nukapedia is an encyclopedia first, and so long as the information within is factual and contextually correct, dealing with subjective matters such as offensive content-matter, is both arbitrary, and potentially harmful towards this wiki.
- This is a mature wiki dealing with mature content - if the phrasing can be replaced with something contextually similar/appropriate, then that's one thing - on the other hand, we are looking at blatant censorship, for the simple sake of appeasing what is currently a vast minority - I know that this is largely talking about /d, but we already have an established precedent here where censorship of the prime/pure human terminologies spilled out onto our article-space, and it'd be nice if history doesn't repeat itself. 寧靜 19:07, April 26, 2018 (UTC)
Excuse me, I just wanted to set something out before I get involved in anything. Recently a user made a post about Paul Blart, now as far as I can tell it doesn't break any rules, he prefaced it with "off-topic" etc. but I am anxious that my involvement in the thread would put me in wrong if something is awry here. I acknowledge your reasoning If you were to suspect that I was involved in it's creation, considering my past association with the character, but I would like to officially state right now that I had no part in the Posts creation, nor did I directly influence the creator. That was his own choice and nothing to do with me. I responded to the post as if it were serious and also stated there my unease about the situation. thankyou. Honestly, I never paid a ton of attention to the children mechanics in Fallout 4, but if they're anything like Skyrim, you're absolutely right. They have their own AI and are meant to be that way. Now that I think about it, I'm almost sure it's not a bug, but intended. Good catch boss! ;P StormRider71 (talk) 20:26, April 29, 2018 (UTC)

I see you've been super busy with loads of projects, I've still be maintaining mine. Keep missing the Savior of the Damned by a couple hours some days, should of had it already. But at least one of my missions is complete, the Bug Verification Needed is now down to one page. At least until someone adds more anyways. I have been removing a lot them that I haven't been able to verify, since my testing methods are generally more rigorous than others I figure if I can't get them to pop up, it's fair to say they've been fixed or it's a console only thing in which I would still kill to have an Xbox tester. Hope you're not burning yourself out with everything, I'm trying just to do one a day or a few on the weekend so I don't just up and quit. I also keep trying to get into the discussions, but some of the things people post just leave me dumb struck. Maybe when I have more time in the future, hope all is well though. - I was fixing that, but thank you. Confused Category at first, always forget which is which tbh, spent more time on this project than fixing pages. Rebel427 ~ I'll be your huckleberry 21:52, May 9, 2018 (UTC)
- It's better to pace yourself than burn out, I did that and was almost happy when my PC died because I wasn't forced to log on everyday. Looks like I missed the thing again today, oh well, not stressing it. But ya it is nice to finally get that down to one page. I've seen all the stuff you've been doing lately, would make me go crazy lol.

Permission to use assets from this wikia? Edit
Hello Sakaratte, my friend Username-72 has started a wikia based on the Someguy2000 mods that are mostly available for Fallout: New Vegas. However most of the people who are active on that wikia is mainly me and him, and we are creating pages based on default sources provided by the community central wikia, which doesn't exactly make our wikia look unique. So I was wondering if you could give me pemission to use some assets from this wikia for it. My main concern is using some of the code from those real nice infoboxes this wikia has (just the parts where you have location, reward, given, and all that for characters, quests, and items), we don't plan to make them look exactly the same, just some of sections that are in them. If you have a template that allows us to alert users that we are using some assets from this wikia, then we will happily display it and credit you at fair use of any licensing. I had originally asked Gunny this, but looking at his contributions, he does not seem very active atm, so I figured he would not be responding any time soon, if there is anyone else I need to be speaking about on this subject, then please redirect me to them. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Fookin' Legend (Chat me up) 15:25, May 13, 2018 (UTC)
Hey Sak. I am replaying Fallout 3 and checking each quest on the wiki as I go. During the course of this, I ran into several pages where it mentions how the Lone Wanderer disarmed the Megaton bomb, and how Sheriff Simms was killed by Burke, who, in turn was killed by the Lone Wanderer, etc.
The way i see it, it's inaccurate information due to the fact that there is a choice to disarm or detonate the bomb. Same thing regarding Burke...yes, the sheriff will likely die if confronted, but still, it is possible to kill Burke first, thus saving Simms. The question is should I remove or reword these references, or is it condidered cannon by Bethesda? StormRider71 (talk) 06:33, May 14, 2018 (UTC)
When did the implement that? Sorry, I didn't even notice, been so busy with life and other stuff I just do an edit or two a day then look through the logs to make sure no trolls are vandalizing then leave. Where exactly do I go to disable that module? My preferences or on the page itself, I am blind. Is "Disable "Create a new article" flow (Not Recommended)" what you are meaning? Rebel427 ~ I'll be your huckleberry 20:19, May 16, 2018 (UTC)
- Ah good, I thought I was just really bad at this for a minute. Couldn't find an option that was needed. I am getting pretty sick of bugs tbh though. Might find something else to work on for a while. Rebel427 ~ I'll be your huckleberry 21:01, May 17, 2018 (UTC)
- I honestly have no idea, I don't have any marketable skills since I devoted all of my time to the bugs, was doing a bunch before I even made an account. Still a crappy editor. I often forget the placement of things, easy edits I can manage but I'm pretty lacking as far as redoing a page or cleaning something up. Been trying to learn, just haven't had the time to devote to anything. Rebel427 ~ I'll be your huckleberry 21:07, May 18, 2018 (UTC)
Isabella Proud's camp name Edit
Hello, I can't find "Isabella Proud's camp" in the guide, only "Hidden irradiated pool" (pag. 427). What's the real name?
"a perk doesn't magically make someone cybernetic" Indeed. Should the Lone Wanderer be removed or is it ok since the perk is called Cyborg (perk)? The description say "You've made permanent enhancements to your body" but not how. It should otherwise be added to the navbox. Roger555 (talk) 19:41, May 17, 2018 (UTC)
If the cyborg perk makes the lone wanderer a cyborg, why doesn't 'adamantium skeleton' make the sole survivor one? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Branebriar1930 (talk • contribs) 19:49, May 17, 2018 (UTC). Please sign your posts with ~~~~!

Thought you'd enjoy seeing her live.
yes but If we use the argument that ashur has good intentions through evil means then we could say the same thing about father elijah, colonel autumn and the master among others probably. generally most villains thing that their actions are for the greater good. As for mobius and klein, while mobius does antagonise you throughout the DLC its actually a facade to scare off klein and the think tank so that they dont leave big Mt and terrorize the mojave. and ulysses wants to nuke California pretty much because he doesn't like the courier. just my thoughts.--Branebriar1930 (talk) 11:03, May 27, 2018 (UTC)
ulysses hates you for accidentally blowing up the divide an wants to nuke Californian because the courier may have come from there. Klien wants to use the people of the mojave and test subjects. I don't consider these characters to be 'Morally grey', maybe the mechanist from FO4 because she is unaware of what her bots are doing and yes i do thing that the FO4 faction leaders are all potential antagonists(cept garvey) as well as the nuke world raiders.--Branebriar1930 (talk) 11:47, May 27, 2018 (UTC)
As a note, an antagonist can be anyone that shows injudicious personality traits, and in a lot of stories, just about every character can be classified as an antagonist in some way, including the main character(s) and/or protagonists.
Whether a character is morally murky, has little to nothing to do with whether or not they are an antagonist, as an antagonist does not have to be evil, and can sometimes even be the good guy of the story, or at least someone who truly thinks that they are doing good.
That being said, we shouldn't be too loose with the classification, as it is a bit... droll, to classify most of our characters as antagonists; that being said, characters such as Ashur and Wernher, are certainly antagonists, while characters such as the AntAgonizer and even the Mechanist, would certainly be secondary antagonists.
Just some food for thought. 寧靜 14:01, May 27, 2018 (UTC)
Mass Production Trophy Guide added Edit
I'm back. I've un-stubbed the Fallout 4: Contraptions (DLC)'s trophy page Mass Production as I've added a Quick Guide on how to achieve the trophy using Steel to produce Steel Balls, requires 5x Steel to produce 1 Steel Ball, so that'll be 500 Steel? My maths is pants, feel free to make corrections whenever possible.
Your Friendly Neighbourhood Wastelander,
Fair enough Edit
Thanks for being honest, although I could copy what I’ve written and add it as a blog post to my User Blog on Fallout Wiki, why I didn’t do that originally is why I have problems explaining things. Although, the quickest way would definitely be using Steel Balls because you can easily buy those Bulks from Sellers that sell 500x Steel as a sheet of paper. 500x Steel generates 100 Steel Balls by 1x Steel Ball = 5x Steel, so, like you said, it can still be up to the players discretion but I managed to add every Builder to a set of conveyer belts and hooked them to a Terminal(s) to them along with the Nuclear Power Relay with the Fusion Core you can’t remove. That seems to be, from my experience, the quickest way. Might be helpful, so at least if it is, the information is in the past revision. You never know, might help someone else other than me. At least I made a try. :D

Fallout demo - Fools' joke requirement Edit
The Wiki says one of the dialog branches requires you to tell a joke in order to join the Fools in fallout demo.
However, I've never had such a requirement and can join them straight away.
I think I've figured it out why the joke requirement isn't showing up. It seems some of the dialogues for many characters which is there in the game files, is cut out of in-game dialogue.
For example, the dialogue of Phil telling the dweller who the dog belonged to isn't there in-game as the player's question asking him about the owner's idenitity isn't present in-game as well. MatthewOne (talk) 04:38, June 4, 2018 (UTC)
