New Vegas quest pageEdit

You're doing a fine job adding info to the New Vegas quest page. Thanks for the help! It's appreciated. Greets, Jspoelstra 14:20, March 12, 2011 (UTC)

Response Edit

I'm from NC and thank you. I've been here for while but only as an anon, so I'm guessing this is how I reply. --Lock, stock, and two barrels smoking... 19:47, March 23, 2011 (UTC)Sandstorm109

Thanks Edit

It's nice to know that I am appreciated around here. By the way, I fixed your template up; it used to say "'Fallout: New Vegas character" when you were trying to say "Fallout 3/Fallout: New Vegas Character". All you had to do was separate FO3 and NV between the comma. Best regards, Kastera (talk) 20:43, March 23, 2011 (UTC)

Obilisk Edit

I probably have, but it's just been so long since I've played Point Lookout, that I've forgotten. I'll check it out later tonight. Best regards, Kastera (talk) 13:07, March 25, 2011 (UTC)

Sorry I got back to you so late. There's nothing paranormal about this tower. If you look around for a bit, you'll see a plaque nearby that notes it's here commemorate John Smith or some other explorer on their discovery of Point Lookout in the 1600's. Best regards, Kastera (talk) 14:33, March 26, 2011 (UTC)

Adding an image Edit

The way I do it is: edit a page you want the image added to, click on the 3rd button from the right at the top (Add image), select the file on your harddisk you want to upload and click upload. Then select More options to copyright the file and click on Add image. After that you should categorize it: Go to your profile and click tab page Contributions and click on the file you just uploaded. then click Edit (top) and it should now contain 2 copyright lines. Type the appropriate category (for example and then save the file by clicking on Publish. Good luck! Jspoelstra 15:51, March 26, 2011 (UTC)

 • Depends a bit on the pic. I use the .jpg format when the image doesn't need to be transparent. So that's for the character-, location- and quest images (in short: images taken in-game). But for the weapon-, armor-, miscellaneous item- and creature images in general (there are some exceptions) the .png format is used. That's because these pics are taken from the GECK and need to be transparent. That's about the guideline.

Traveling to The FortEdit

Nemerian, can you explain to me your edit about not being able to travel to The Fort by raft when vilified? What happens then? Isn't the player to get ashore then somehow? A more detailed explanation on the page would be appreciated.

 • I have tried it out myself and have transfered your note (with a bit of rewording) to the quest Render Unto Caesar. There it has a better place. In the note above that it says something about the raft/Lucullus. That's good enough. JspoelJspoel Vault Boy 12:29, March 31, 2011 (UTC)

Just butting in but I can travel to the fort while vilified I think he is experiencing a glitch or he isn't clicking on the raft on the right part. 74.126.67.108 12:38, March 31, 2011 (UTC)

Oregon RepublicEdit

It's been deleted already, I saw, by a bureaucrat. Probably fanfiction then. JspoelJspoel Vault Boy 13:39, April 1, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Co-op Edit

I have never heard of anyone playing Fallout 3 with another person. If I knew, I would definitely play it, but alas, I don't You would probably have better luck using Google or another search engine. Best regards, Kastera (talk) 16:49, April 9, 2011 (UTC)

 • Yes, try Google, you'll get some results. But from what I've seen, it's just some sort of companion doing all the work for you (youtube). JspoelJspoel Vault Boy 23:07, April 9, 2011 (UTC)

Fixing crashEdit

I've done some searching on the internet and found this. First try reinstalling the game, if this doesn 't work update your graphics driver, clean your harddrive with a program like CCleaner.

I have done the search using Google on caused runtime to end in a rather unusual way and caused runtime to end in a rather unusual way +new vegas. If the above doesn't work, try these. Hope it works. JspoelJspoel Vault Boy 15:08, April 12, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Ploblem Edit

Well, to be perfectly honest, I don't know much about the "PC aspects" of the game and I'm not going to act like I do. I mostly focus on PS3. However, in my experience with PC's, sometimes it's just best to solve a computer problem is to go to Google and trype the error message into it followed by the game. In your case it should look like this. Search: Error message "This program has caused runtime to terminate in an unusual way" Fallout: New Vegas (or Fallout 3, whichever the case may be). You'll probably be better off asking Jspoel. Best regards, Kastera (talk) 14:55, April 15, 2011 (UTC)

P.S. It really said "in a unusual way"? That doesn't sound very computer-esqe.
Nope, best thing is to uninstall the game (backup the saves if needed) then do a clean install and run the game with no mods to see if that helps. User avatar tagUser Avatar talk 19:18, April 15, 2011 (UTC)

Back at ya! Edit

You're welcome. It is just that the creators are the superiors of us, so they deserve the respect. And also, I'm currently working on cleaning up the developer articles. For example, renaming Fallout 1 in some pages to Fallout. You're welcome! And Jesse was one of the designers of the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. system, which means without him it is likely that Fallout 3 wouldn't exist. --Andrey (White storm) 09:26, April 17, 2011 (UTC)

Once again, used to love it). --Andrey (White storm) 09:42, April 17, 2011 (UTC)

GargantuanEdit

Yes, it's real but only appears in the game by installing a mod (I've tried it myself in 2009 I think). I deleted it because it's not original (not in the GECK). JspoelJspoel Vault Boy 13:31, April 17, 2011 (UTC)

Mother deathclaw Edit

I am at Quarry Junction now in the game and the female is called Mother Deathclaw, not Deathclaw Mother, so that's why I made the change to that name on the Claws Out page. Though the Deathclaw Mother link leads to a somewhat better page. Still, I like the Mother Deathclaw better. JspoelJspoel Vault Boy 18:44, April 19, 2011 (UTC)

 • Thinking about it a bit more, I found an inbetween solution.

Badges Edit

Eh, they're alright I guess. I wasn't voting for or against them, but it's only a trial run, so maybe they'll get taken down after the month is up. It's kind of nice that I'm ranked 3rd even though I'm doing what I usually do. Best regards, Kastera (talk) 21:22, April 20, 2011 (UTC)

People were saying that in the comments for the decision, and that is a valid point. However, I was teetering towards not wanting it because in my experience, people on the internet think they have something to prove to people they've never indeed met before, so they make all these nonsensical edits, trying to achievement boost. They try to make it a hierarchy with them at the top. Best regards, Kastera (talk) 21:31, April 20, 2011 (UTC)
 • Ausir already brought it up on a forum page in the summer of 2010, but at the time it was decided not to implement it, because it wasn't needed at the time (New Vegas still had to come out). But now the edits on the pages have become less and Ausir thought it was a good idea to try it now, to make people register and edit more again. Let's see it it works out. Imperium of ManEdit

Been a hardcore Imperium fan in 40k and an Empire fan in Fantasy, been playing for 3 or 4 years now... not sure how long... Anyhoo, quite excited about the new Grey Knight codex. Scarface11235 11:05, April 23, 2011 (UTC)

The vast plains of the Northern Kingdoms!Edit

But no seriously, I'm from Umeå, Sweden. It's about 5-10 degrees celcius outside (one o'clock) and my username on Steam is also Scarface, and I play DoW 2, retribution.

Divide et ImperaEdit

Haven't really got the time to play the game extensively, but I've played the campaign for Imperial Guard and some Eldar. Currently working on getting my Imperial Guard 2000p army painted and done until the "Fantasia Fanatic" Warhammer Tournament in late may. It's kinda the highlight of the year =). How's it going in Namibia btw? Scarface11235 11:32, April 23, 2011 (UTC)

The Angels of DeathEdit

I've seen the movie, and it is cool, and well made for the budget. For a 40k nerd, it's cool to watch, but some things doesn't make sense, like Chaos Space Marines (notably Black Legion) dies to easily to bolters, and some random power posing, but otherwise, it's recommended by me! =).

Walk in the sign of the AquilaEdit

I loved the part where they walked in the desert, stopped, the captain stepped forward. He took his helmet of, looked around, put the helmet back on, and then they started walking again. Hahah, random power posing rules... I gotta run now, got a game of 40k planned, intending to win =). Remind me to post pics of my IG army when I'm done. As for the miniatures game, how many armies have you got (I always have at least three projects running)?

Victory for the Imperium!Edit

Well... I didn't win, but the other guy played Imperial Guards as well... comme ci, comme ca... Imagine the slugfest between two, armour heavy imperial forces?! five Leman Russes, 10 Chimeras, one Valkyrie gunship and a Basilisk between our two armies, as well as a combined 150+ guardsmen. He won a narrow victory, but it was fun playing. A big difference between games is the power of the guns! In the pc-game, a single meltagun can't do squat. In the boardgame, a single meltagun can take out a Leman Russ at short range without difficulty. But I digress... You really should get your hands on a codex or two, as they contain at least 20+ pages of canon and general awesomeness! I think you can download them on the internetz somewhere, dunno where though... Well, to you: What gmae did you LAN? Don't really LAN that often really, but it's fun as hell! =) Scarface11235 21:21, April 24, 2011 (UTC)

Feel the Wrath of the Baneblade, Heretic!Edit

Thing is, all miniature games of Warhammer/Warhammer 40k is played on a predestined amount of points, the most normal amounts being 1000, 1500 or 2000 for 40k. All models has a specific points cost depending on how awesome they are. A squad of 10 Guardsmen (unequipped) costs 50 points, and any extra equipment costs more. A flamer costs 5p, a Lascannon costs 25, and so on. A Leman Russ costs around 175-250p depending on model and extra equipment. There are actually 7 types of Leman Russ in the game! Thing is about the Baneblade, it is so awesome, it costs a whopping 1000p (I think). As it's to big to use in a normal game, there is a special rule system concerning games of around 10'000 points or more. As for the Baneblade, there are 8 versions of that as well. Gonna find the pics for you! Scarface11235 23:33, April 24, 2011 (UTC)

edits Edit

you have put the stub section back on the bodyguard page, there is no more useful info that can be added thats why i removed it, any reason in particular you put it back user:ziplobthud

 • dude orris is not a member of the kings.
 • and on related quests you dont need to put a quick outlay of the quest down.
 • king asks you to find out how orris is making a killing of repeat buisness, then you ask him why he so bothered, and he replies that he wants a leval playing field for the kings instead of other people getting an unfair advantage over them.

il let you have the one about the related quests, fair point. but in geck and on quest pages to orris you can see he got no affiliation but to himself

EditsEdit

Fallout Answers Edit

Since I find you to be a useful, dedicated worker here, I am inviting you to make an account on Fallout Answers, a site dedicated to answering questions about the Fallout series that The Vault does not directly address. The reason I ask is because the workforce on this site is quite literally three people. Three people cannot handle the mass array of questions that come through efficiently, so I ask you to help answer questions as well. It would be a massive help to the Fallout community. Let me know your decision on my talk page. Kastera (talk) 17:46, May 8, 2011 (UTC)

Faction questsEdit

They're already there, see Category:Fallout: New Vegas quests, top of the page. JspoelJspoel Vault Boy 12:20, May 9, 2011 (UTC)

Quest categoriesEdit

You mean for example the category Fallout: New Vegas NCR quests and below that 3 subcats: Fallout: New Vegas NCR main quests, Fallout: New Vegas NCR side quests and Fallout: New Vegas NCR unmarked quests. Sounds a bit exaggerated to me, but maybe Ausir's ok with it. I suggest you ask him. JspoelJspoel Vault Boy 12:53, May 9, 2011 (UTC)

Cowboy repeaterEdit

You don't need to repeat cowboy repeater behind the | symbol. In this case, once cowboy repeater is enough since it's a weapon which only appears in FNV and doesn't have (Fallout: New Vegas) behind it. JspoelJspoel Vault Boy 13:43, May 9, 2011 (UTC)

 • cowboy repeater (so all lowercase) is also accepted as a valid, blue link.

Pointless edits Edit

I have just had to revert several of your edits which simpy reworded exactly what was said before, and often detracted from the fluency of the article. Within the last hour alone I have probably reverted atleast 5 of these edits, and for someone who is aspiring to become an admin this probably isn't a good idea. Please stop, if you have any explanation then do feel free to share. --233345-cartman1 tinyUser Avatar talk 13:49, May 9, 2011 (UTC)

Don't insult my intelligence with layman's terms as if I didn't know what you meant. If this is true then why do the articles often end up reading much more awkwardly than before? Are you a native English speaker? To settle the dispute I may ask for admin opinion on the matter. --233345-cartman1 tinyUser Avatar talk 13:57, May 9, 2011 (UTC)

I'm afraid it doesn't work like that, simply rewording articles is not the way to go. Example:

The owner of the Skum Pitt, Neal works as a bartender there with Trish, his waitress - Previous

Neal is the owner of the Skum Pitt, and works as a bartender there with Trish - Your edit

Your edit is a simple rewording, and Trish is in fact not a bartender. --233345-cartman1 tinyUser Avatar talk 14:06, May 9, 2011 (UTC)

 • For the most part, I have to agree with Cartman here. I reverted your edit on Trish's page (like Cartman had done before), because it didn't improve the readability of the sentence. On some other FO1/FO2 pages it was a bit better, but I still wonder its necessity. And I read your 'life's tough' post to Cartman. That was a comment unworthy of someone who has aspirations on becoming an admin. I advise you not to send such posts anymore. JspoelJspoel Vault Boy 14:19, May 9, 2011 (UTC)

Indeed, some of your edits look like borderline achievement boosting to me. Ausir(talk) @fandom 14:32, May 9, 2011 (UTC)

Outburst Edit

Don't worry about it, forgiveness is my strong point. As long as you take on board everything that was said then there are no hard feelings. --233345-cartman1 tinyUser Avatar talk 00:18, May 11, 2011 (UTC)

For all your work Edit

For all your hard work editing pages, clean-up, you should be an admin! it's teh froot of your labor. --Gauzzy 10:51, May 11, 2011 (UTC)

Absolutely pointless edits. Edit

Do you literally spend all day changing 2-3 words in a page or slightly altering the wording used? The vast majority of the changes are honestly unnecessary and some even make the pages more difficult to read than they were previously. Death and Taxes

Platinum badgeEdit

I think it goes to the one who most contributes to the combined FO3/FNV creatures project. My guess is, at current standings, Avatar gets it since he has the deathclaw badge from FNV (500 edits) and 250 edits on FO3 creature pages. So if you want it (it's worth 250 points!) you have to top that...

And yes, I like your current style better (so this post you just gave me). I think it also depends on the person. Now take for example Nitty. He wouldn´t mind to be called dude I think (he´s younger). And I was pleased by your apologies to Cartman, that´s shows character and that´s a part for what´s needed to be an admin. I stay with my no vote for now, because I think it´s just too soon. But I already see improvement. Keep a steady presence and edits, good attitude towards others and next time it will be a yes. I take it you mean it is showing in the loader, but in-game you are not getting the radio signal to be able to start? User avatar tagUser Avatar talk 18:10, May 22, 2011 (UTC)
Couple of things I would try, redo the the last patch as that may have corrupted, re-download the DLC as that may have corrupted. Run the game without the DLC checked, make a save. Then run the game again with the DLC checked from the save just made and see if that kicks in the DLC. The last option is trying to force the quest start via console commands. Please refrain from replacing "Quests" with "Involved in quests", like you have done here and here. "Quests"is the what was agreed upon on the FO3 NPC project and we don't need it getting mucked up. Thank you, Kastera (talk) 21:53, May 22, 2011 (UTC)

FO3 NPC project Edit

Hello Nemerian,

Maybe you have forgotten about the Fallout 3 NPC overhaul project and maybe you haven't. I have recently been pouring lots of work into the project and have finished essentially the majority of all unfinished sections, including all the add-ons. However, there is one thing that I cannot do and that is give peer reviews. As the new project leader, I'm asking to to take some time out of your online schedule and do some reviews on the project, if you'd be so kind. Who knows? If I get enough people doing peer reviews, we could finally finish this project. We didn't finish it before Fallout: New Vegas came out like we hoped, but at least we can finish it. Best regards, Kastera (talk) 22:42, May 24, 2011 (UTC)

M&A Guns Manufacturers Edit

Hello Nemerian =)

Please don't change the appearances section of the M&A Guns Manufacturers page. The appearances section request to be short as possible and quick to read, your additions are not necessary and enlarge the text for anything. Using the traditional format is better.

Nice evening and see soon! Itachou [~talk~] 17:48, May 25, 2011 (UTC)

I know, but it's for a quick view of what games these weapons appear, without too take into account the company. Itachou [~talk~] 17:56, May 25, 2011 (UTC)

Liberty Prime Edit

Liberty prime is counted as an NPC because... well, you don't play as him which is what an NPC is. He also is a unique character who plays a vital role in the story. He also very well could be counted as robot. Kastera (talk) 18:47, May 25, 2011 (UTC)

Ah yes, but protectrons are not unique. I compare this to Ruzka and Ghost of She; they're animals, but they're also considered to be characters, so we call them creature-characters. So I guess here, Liberty Prime is a robot character, much like Dean Dewey. Kastera (talk) 19:37, May 25, 2011 (UTC)

Achievement boosting Edit

Are you achievement boosting? I have read Cartman!'s message about your "more comprehensive edits" --M72 GauzzFo2 M72 Gauss Rifle 09:06, May 27, 2011 (UTC)

Notes on your profile Edit

You are supposed to be a ranger in Dawn of War II, not an unknown being.

 • My mistake, a ranger and a leader of an Eldar raiding party. --M72 GauzzFo2 M72 Gauss Rifle 09:23, May 27, 2011 (UTC)

DOW II Edit

And you left your teammates (as said in your profile "narrowly escaped the fight and landed back to Earth") while the guns are blazing? --M72 GauzzFo2 M72 Gauss Rifle 09:29, May 27, 2011 (UTC)

The Eldars Edit

Your race was technological, superior and unchallenged when in terms of power, except the Space Marines came to your homeland. --M72 GauzzFo2 M72 Gauss Rifle 09:40, May 27, 2011 (UTC)

Space Marine problem Edit

Levels of defense. (Tier one would be the line of defenses that fend off the weak targets, tier two would be lines of defenses that fend off the mediumly strong enemies, and lastly, tier 3 which fends off the strongest marines on foot. Note: Just make your defenses stays strong in the midst of battle.) --M72 GauzzFo2 M72 Gauss Rifle 09:49, May 27, 2011 (UTC)

DOW II Edit

I forgot, the tier 4 who supports the defenses. --M72 GauzzFo2 M72 Gauss Rifle 09:53, May 27, 2011 (UTC)

The rifles page Edit

I tried to fix the original page but I guess I should have just asked someone to delete it. Oh well, I tried my best. --Barsaxmus 17:05, May 27, 2011 (UTC)

Headers & "other interactions" Edit

Please stop adding empty "other interactions" sections to pages. That section is not a required one and doesn't need to be present if not necessary. Also, please note that we do not use over-capitalize section headings, i.e. it should be "Other interactions", not "Other Interactions". Thanks. -- Porter21 (talk) 07:08, May 28, 2011 (UTC)

can you please stop making fairly useless edits--Ohno itsthecopz 07:23, May 28, 2011 (UTC)

Ideas for the next Fallout game Edit

Hey Eldar Ranger Nemerian, can you comment in my blog post "Ideas for the next Fallout game"? --M72 GauzzFo2 M72 Gauss Rifle 09:04, May 31, 2011 (UTC)

Sledgehammer page Edit

Hello my friend ;)

Why you have added the template "Stub" in the Sledgehammer page? The page seems to be complete and no new information should be added, what do you think it's missing? Itachou [~talk~] 17:50, May 31, 2011 (UTC)

No, all Sledgehammers of all Fallout games are put on the page, and the article is small because there is no more information about them (like background).
A stub is a page missing of information (where information exists), regardless of size or poorly constructed. Please, don't add stub when it's not the case. Good evening and see soon my friend! Itachou [~talk~] 17:58, May 31, 2011 (UTC)

Black Mountain Edit Edit

Hey Dude, just wanted to point out I have undone your edit on Black Mountain. "Bombings" is actually a technical term even if only one bomb is dropped. As we also know other places where bombed during the same war/period so even so, it would be bombings. StoicFever 00:08, June 4, 2011 (UTC)

DOW II Edit

I think you must have defenses while preparing the banshees, your unit production must be safe from enemies. Well, shit if the marines comes out an ALL possible directions. --M72 GauzzFo2 M72 Gauss Rifle 02:43, June 6, 2011 (UTC)

Lumpy Edit

Thanks for tidying up/ proof reading Lumpy. I noticed that you are also on the project, so I don't suppose you'd sign him of for me? Or tell me what else needs to be done? Thanks, GuardianOfTheWastes

Much appreciated. Thanks again, GuardianOfTheWastes

Interactions Edit

Please read up on the interactions guidelines before changing anymore interactions. 'Other interactions' do not go after the 'Interactions overview', they go at the end. Kastera (talk) 17:33, June 7, 2011 (UTC)

Henry Edit

Thanks for your input.. again. See you around, GuardianOfTheWastes

Thanks for the edits to Joana Tibbets page, it made the page sound more literate and like that of the other pages--Zachattak471 20:22, June 13, 2011 (UTC)

Stub template Edit

Hello Nemerian =)

It's not the first time I tell you that, but don't add the stub template if the page is not a stub. A stub is a very incomplete page, Area 51 have all the information available for it, no more information exist in all sources. Nice evening and see you on The Vault! Itachou [~talk~] 17:18, June 16, 2011 (UTC)

What are you doing messing around with the images, you should know better than adding the File tag for the image of the infobox. User avatar tagUser Avatar talk 18:36, June 16, 2011 (UTC)

NotesEdit

Please do not embolden the word "Note" in an article. Either let the statement stand on its own without emphasis, or move it to the properly headed "Notes" section.--Gothemasticator 21:35, June 18, 2011 (UTC)

Edit conflictsEdit

In general it's not such a good idea to edit a page while another editor has just changed and saved it, especially the more experienced ones, like me. I wasn't ready yet and I got an edit conflict. Was a bit annoying, like you probably can understand. Must have happened to you too a few times. JspoelJspoel Vault Boy 22:42, June 18, 2011 (UTC)

Arkansas Edit

About four days ago, you put in place a badimage tag on Arkansas. I personally think that the image is fine as is, but I want to know why you think the image needs to be from the G.E.C.K.. Kastera (talk) 16:35, June 22, 2011 (UTC)

I think I know what you're getting at. The only problem is that Arkansas is always hostile, making capturing an image of him from the front is extremely difficult. I think the image now is the best we're going to get. Kastera (talk) 06:24, June 23, 2011 (UTC)

Easier said than done, my friend. He'd probably stumble off the building and kill himself, resulting in a dead Arkansas that doesn't make for a good picture. :)

Oh, how I wish that could work. While we're here, would you mind voting here and here?

Patches Edit

If you're playing in the PlayStation, they get downloaded to your platform automatically. I'm pretty sure it's the same for Xbox360 as well. PC, I'm not so sure, I rarely ever use it. Kastera (talk) 17:39, July 26, 2011 (UTC)

 • I reacted to your post yesterday already, but I put it on your userprofile page, because your link on my talkpage directed to it (didn't see that). Here the answer if you're playing on a PC: you can get it here. You need a torrent program like BitComet to actually download it. JspoelJspoel Vault Boy 19:49, July 25, 2011 (UTC)
 • How's just J ? I like that one. I agree I don't have the best, easy to use username (it's a last name here in Holland). Another thing, can you fix your signature link? When I now click on it, it directs to your userpage, not your user talkpage. I haven't seen you much around in the last few weeks, probably other obligations right? Well, see you around. JspoelJspoel Vault Boy 21:30, July 26, 2011 (UTC)

Good day Edit

Just wondered why you removed my Wizard of Oz reference from the notes in Old World Blues (add-on), when they accepted it in the Talk:Old World Blues (add-on)? Just askinCarinth 18:43, July 27, 2011 (UTC)

Well actually the female spelling would be Corinth, biblical reference to a girl. Carinth is not. Definition for carinth:

(Carinthian) Carinthia (Kärnten, Koroška) is the southernmost Austrian state or Land.Carinth 13:22, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Signature changeEdit

I can't change it, you need to do that yourself. Go to My Preferences, User Profile, and change your Signature to for example User:Nemerian (talk). Save it and you have an extra talkpage button. JspoelJspoel Vault Boy 18:12, July 28, 2011 (UTC)

Think tank Edit

Hello my friend ;)

Please don't capitalize no proper name like robobrain in think tank page. See the Capitalizing guidelines for more information. Have a nice evening and see you soon on the Vault! Itachou [~talk~] 20:14, August 1, 2011 (UTC)

hey x-8 Splicing Facility Terminal Edit

yeah, i'm not too keen on wikia formatting yet. even though there is not much to the X-8 Splicing Facility Terminal page yet, it took me a long time to do it. thats why i wrote at the end, that i would be back cause i had to take a break! --DrunkenSushi 11:14, August 2, 2011 (UTC)

I wouldn't have written that i would be back or anything at the end, but i felt as though i needed to explain why i just stopped writing the page is all. If someone were to see it unfinished that would be like WTF or something so, thats all! Like i wrote, i have zero problem with you or anyone finishing it up hehe --DrunkenSushi 11:21, August 2, 2011 (UTC)

Hello. Edit

Noticed we were both editing Bear trap fist at the same time, and for no other reason thought I'd say hello ^_^. Have a good day, --FourWayDiablo 14:55, August 2, 2011 (UTC)

I hear your clean up oriented, can you help me with the edit war on the Assassin Suit page? I'll send the "gift" version if you can spare a hand (Troper of the Wastelands 20:45, August 16, 2011 (UTC))

Fallout 1 and 2 characters projectEdit

Hello. I am just leaving a quick note to say that we need to get this project finished. Its been very slow for a long time now, and so this is just a quick note to ask for you to continue your contributions. It would be really good if we could finish this project, and if everyone does that little bit more work, I'm sure it won't be long. So please don't forget about it :). Thanks, TheGuardianCalligraphyGuardianoftheWastesTag.

Day counter resetEdit

I think this will answer your question. Also read Ausir's response. I understand it's very annoying while you were going for 200 days in a row, but that's the way it is. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 19:46, August 31, 2011 (UTC)

Nemarian Not sure what gives you the right to take down my edits, but im pretty sure that ive played just as much if not more than you, and my degree gives me a good right to comment on zoology. If you have a good reason to take it down, please tell me. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Anex13 (talkcontribs). Please sign your posts with ~~~~!

 • Kastera added the name to the post I see. If someone doesn't sign, then first I look at recent changes to find out. If I can't find it, then I click on the username of the one who sent you a post before that (me in this case) and search for that post (not that hard). Then I'm in the history of your talkpage and it's easy to find out who sent it. Jspoel Speech Jspoel 22:55, September 3, 2011 (UTC)

Time bomb. Edit

Hi Nemerian,

I did a blanket revert on the Time bomb, high yield page. No hard feelings. :-)

Also, I'm moving some of the crafting info about. Check back in a while and see what you think.

All the best, --FourWayDiablo(talk) 17:42, October 19, 2011 (UTC)

I know what you mean. I'm currently working through all pages with crafting recipes on them.
As you see, I've incorporated "creation requirements" into the "Crafting" section, instead of the Locations section. On some pages, this means there's no real location :-), but this is a guideline-required section.
That sentence is there to link to the crafting page, and there wasn't much more to be said without duplicating information. The creation list and links are right below in the same section. It is maybe a little dry, but I was trying to make it clear without too much text cluttering the links.
Always good to have fresh eyes on these things. All the best, --FourWayDiablo(talk) 20:24, October 19, 2011 (UTC)
 • P.S. Compare to the time bomb page, where there's info in both the Locations and Crafting sections. This is more the norm overall. --FourWayDiablo(talk) 20:31, October 19, 2011 (UTC)

Duh! You are absolutely right! For some reason I got it into my head that Locations were required - that's what I mean about fresh eyes! Thanks, that will make the pages a lot cleaner. And thanks to my, ahem, hard work its easy to fix. >_< Have a great day, --FourWayDiablo(talk) 20:38, October 19, 2011 (UTC)

Credit for the table idea goes to GhostAvatar. I saw the one he added to the bottlecap mine page and then made a start on the other pages. Crafting info is all over the place on some pages (in Locations, Characteristics, etc.), and a table is a neat way to lock it in place. Fixing up the food and drink recipes will be "fun" :-P --FourWayDiablo(talk) 20:53, October 19, 2011 (UTC)

Rawr? Edit

I removed (no hard feelings, I hope!) the Behind the Scenes entry about "Rawr" being used in comics and the like as an onomatopoeia. This has been showing up in the article at regular intervals. I opened a topic on the Talk page a while ago, but no one posted anything. If you feel strongly about it, will you come there and talk about it?

Thanks! — UncleBubba T @ C ) 22:41, October 19, 2011 (UTC)

Promotional crossover contentEdit

Hello. Please, do not mark pages about promotional crossover content for deletion. We are currently discussing this matter in this forum topic and people think this content should be on the wiki. It is Fallout-related after all. Thanks. veryblackraven 10:26, October 24, 2011 (UTC)

The article is categorized as promotional content. Although it doesn't contradict the Content policy. Please, refer to the forum topic mentioned above. There you can express your opinion on the matter. veryblackraven 11:13, October 24, 2011 (UTC)

Unnecessary sub-categories Edit

Hi Nemerian,

You altered the Characteristics section on the Nuka-grenade (Mad Bomber) (GRA) page by adding (in my view) unnecessary sub-categories. You also changed the wording of the first sentence to effectively read "this grenade is a grenade".

Just wondering what your plan is. :-)

All the best, --FourWayDiablo(talk) 20:08, October 25, 2011 (UTC)

Never operate a wiki or other heavy machinery when tired. ^_^
I can what you mean, but I don't really agree. Maybe the "Gameplay attributes" is valid, but not the first sub-heading. As it is, you have a main category header followed by another, with nothing inbetween.
Also, it will be hard to make it consistent across pages, as the format will not work on every weapon/item/etc.
I think Characteristics works fine as it is, with a simple paragraph break to split the info. If something is not clear in that format, we just need to write it better.
All the best, --FourWayDiablo(talk) 21:32, October 25, 2011 (UTC)

Troll? Edit

Nothing to do with me, friend.

A history check on your Talk shows that the guy just added to my last topic title. Hope you can read this through the tears of laughter caused by his hilarious joke. -_-

Unacceptable Edit

The fact that you are coming on here once a day to perform a questionable edit, merely to earn an achievement is unacceptable. Seeing your contributions made me a little angry to be honest, your edits are so unecessary and blatantly obvious of the fact that you are trying to make an edit. I'm going to ask you to stop this or face a ban for achievement boosting. --Bunny2Bubble 07:58, March 3, 2012 (UTC)

Nemerian
So I see you did it again without even regarding my message. One more time and it's a ban. --Bunny2Bubble 00:03, March 5, 2012 (UTC)

Ban Edit

You have been banned from editing this wiki for a period of 3 days due to achievement boosting, ignoring warnings, and doing many, pointless edits. Don't do this again. Is an achievement worth that much? --Bunny2Bubble 00:18, March 5, 2012 (UTC)

This is not how I remember you, Nemerian. Once you were very active, at the start of the achievements. And even an admin application in May which came a bit too soon. Just one or 2 edits a day for months now. You don't seem to do it for the achievements, missing one or 2 days a month. What happened? Jspoel Speech Jspoel 01:01, March 5, 2012 (UTC)

Listen, I know you probably could care less, but if you're going to continue coming on once a night, could you please make your edits a little less mundane?--Bunny2Bubble 06:47, June 21, 2012 (UTC)

Hello, i've noticed you've edited the Sunset sarsaparilla and changed families to family's i've checked the dictionary and checked online and the plural for family is Families not family's. So before i change it back i though i might tell you and see if there is any dispute Cheers!

You removed a sentence from lonesome road that was sited as referenced from Dead Money. That sentence is not out of date, but simply pointing out that Lonesome road is in fact the specific location being talked about in Dead Money. -bleep196- (talk) 14:16, December 14, 2012 (UTC)
