Let me start off by saying that I hate Christmas songs. I mean really. And I'll have to stand it for much longer, unfortunately. Holiday songs are too sacharine for my taste. Granted, I love a good love song, but Christmas songs are too...ugh. They always roar over the speakers, which makes me want ot run home and get my gun so I can shoot the speaker out. And I hate that whole "home for the holidays" bullshit. What if you hate your extended family? What happens then? Are you supposed to suck it up, just for that whole stupid saying? And then, when something happens, like someone who hates the "holiday" music as much as me and finally can't take it anymore and gets in a fight or whatever, everyone is all like "Oh, my God! How could something like this happen on the holidays?" Ugh. The holidays this, the holidays that. And then, everybody talks about how we should be "more giving this time of year." Why not do it all the time? Why only think of the less-better-off during Thanksgiving and Christmas?
You might be thinking at this point, "Gosh! What a grinch you are!" On the contrary. I do like giving gifts and whatnot, I just can't stand all the "the holidays" crap and how sacharine everything is.

A few things I'll bet you didn't know about Christmas:
- It was not until the fourth century that December 25 was fixed as the anniversary of the Nativity - this was becasue alot of "pagan" holidays were at this time of year, and it was because the Church had a hard time "recruiting" followers from pagan worship that they set up Christmas.
- Christmas was not called "Christmas" until the ninth century. Until then, it had been the Midwinter Feast, a combo of the Norse Yule Festival and teh Roman Saturnalia, which were both held in late December.
- The seven days of Roman feasting and merrymaking were an occaision for exchanging presents; this was gleefully incorporated into Christmas.
- When the Normans invaded England in 1066, they introduced into the Christmas festivities a mock king called "The Lord of Misrule," whose job it was to ensure that the old "pagan" celebrations were followed.
- Wearing paper hats and using firecrackers are some of the throwbacks to the wilder excesses of Roman times. Yule logs and candles are from the Norse traditions: They were symbols of fire and light to bring relief from the dark cold days of Winter.
- Mistletoe was a plant sacred to the Druids, and the custom of kissing under the mistletoe has been traced back to the Roman Saturnalia and certain "primitive" marriage rites.
- In the time that followed the Norman Conquest, and as Christianity gained a firmer hold, carols and the Nativity play were added.
- Father Christmas (aka, Santa Claus) evolved from St. Nicholas, the patron saint of children, and the red-robed Lord Of Misrule.

Are there too many weapon mods in Fallout 4?
- Third was not using weapon mods. Did you know I found the mod for the Gatling laser in New Vegas, but never found the weapon? Eleven playthroughs, same conditions, no less? That sucks!
- Second was wanting a few less. And I have a hard time remembering the mods in New Vegas! I feel for you!
- And first was that there's never too much customization. There's a sign that my mom has: "Too much of a good thing is wonderful," though I can add my personal experience to that with "...until you start to feel sick."
What would YOU do if you met your kid, who is now older than you are?
- Third was needing to think it over. Pose like the Thinking Man statue!
- Second was thinking you're hearing The Twilight Zone music. You could probably also be hearing The Outer Limits music, too.
- And first was asking "Is this a joke?" Worst. Practical. Joke. Ever.
Have you ever not gotten an acheivement/trophy, because it may have clashed with your concience?
- Third was doing it anyways, after a long mental argument. I did that with Strictly Business. Then I reloaded the save from beforehand and wiped out the slavers!
- Second was hating yourself if you ever caved for the 30 gamer points. I don't think I'll ever be able to get the Oblivion Walker achievement for getting all the Daedric Artifacts in Skyrim. There are soome quests that I'll never be able to make myself do.
- And first was never, ever letting morals get in the way of another 10 gamer point acheivement. I hope you're not this bloodthirsty out of the game! I'm gonna stay away from you guys!
