If you have any thoughts, make sure to meander on over, as the forum has petered out a bit and could definitely use some additional input.

Today, with the merging of Gamepedia and Wikia, we now celebrate 20 years under the Fandom banner, a place that we have called home ever since we crawled out from the radioactive wastes and left our humble beginnings behind at Duck & Cover. Make sure to give this one a read, as Fandom even goes through some of the controversies born from the content that we cover here at the Fallout wiki.

Fallout 76 news:

  • December Update: Gleaming Depths Dungeon - Located in Appalachia's Ash Heap region, a new dungeon is going to be made available in December, and it's going to be named the Gleaming Depths! Allegedly a "huge step up" to already existing end-game content, this dungeon has been built to test the limits of you and your fellow Vault Dwellers as you explore the depths and even come head-to-head with a ginormous mutated snake.
  • Upcoming December Content - For those looking for a quick run-down on upcoming content revealed through the Fallout Day Broadcast, it has been confirmed that our Vault 76 Dwellers can look forward to pets, a fishing minigame, and becoming a ghoul! Becoming a ghoul includes its very own perk tree, feral abilities, and should you tire of looking like a slab of jerky left out too long in the sun, then yes, there will be a way to reverse your ghoulification!

  • Elgato Fallout Stream Deck giveaway: - Looking to upgrade your streaming rig to fit in with your wasteland aesthetic? Elgato has partnered with Bethesda to create their very own vault overseer kit, which includes a mic arm, dynamic mic, stream deck, and audio interface/mixer. This kit has already proved to be insanely popular amongst Fallout fans, having already sold out for now and the near future, yet there's still a chance to win one for free by participating in their Twitter giveaway: simply leave a comment on their giveaway tweet expressing what you love most about Fallout for a chance to win!

Goodluck and Godspeed fellow Vault Dwellers!

  • Fallout: Vault 13 cancelled: - As popular as Fallout has become since Bethesda took over the reins, it's an unfortunate fact that many of our latest-gen Vault Dwellers haven't yet touched the classic games in all of their post-apocalyptic glory.

Fallout: Vault 13 sought to help mend this rift by recreating Fallout 1 in its entirety within Fallout 4, using the Creation Engine toolkit.

Project founder Culinwino has put forth a statement that even though the project is ending active development, that the work put into it will still be fully released to the public sometime in the coming weeks, and will become accessible through the Nexus.

Why was the project canceled? The team has made sure to clarify that the decision wasn't made lightly, nor was it a result of infighting or legal action from Bethesda/Microsoft. It seems that the decision was due instead to burnout and life changes amongst the core team members.

Does this mean that their work will eventually be continued by some other prospective team of modders looking to make a name for themselves? Only time will tell. For now though, all we can do is show our appreciation for the time and effort the modding community puts towards the Fallout community.
